I called Lee R. Kobb on Monday to inquire about his service to install a GROHE under the sink water filtering system. I spoke with Ariana and she said that they would be able to take care of it but was not able to quote me an estimate. I offered to send her an email with links GROHE website to show the exact model I had as well as their video of the recommended installation. I also sent pictures of my sink and the cabinet underneath it. Ariana knowledge receipt and told me an estimator will look it over and give me an estimate, however she insisted in booking the job for the following Thursday at 1pm. I waited two days the emailed her again asking for the estimate. That afternoon the estimator calls me and after a couple of minutes on the phone I realized that he had not seen the links in my email and the photos of my sink, so I asked him to look them over in order to give me an estimate. He said he would do it and call me back that same afternoon or the next morning. He never did. The next morning was Thursday and I had arranged my work schedule to allow the plumber visit. The plumber was a no show and no one called. At 1:30pm I called Ariana to ask for an explanation and all she had to say is that they were busy and she was still waiting for the estimate. I will work with a different plumber.

I have used Kobb plumbing for many years. They are extremely dependable and always solve my plumbing problem. They now do air conditioning and I use them yearly for a check. They always do a great job!
