These guys are real professional. They changed our roof top AC and also helped us during broken pipe emergency. They are on time and get the job done very professionally.

Evan and his team are excellent! They replaced our traditional heating system with a high efficiency Navient combination on demand system in March 2021 after we had a carbon monoxide leak. His team is courteous, efficient and timely. Fast forward to February 2022 and we had a question about the system and it’s heating capabilities during some of the coldest weather - Evan did not hesitate one minute and came out to check out the issue immediately. I would gladly recommend them to anyone! We will reach out again when it’s time to update our old plumbing system!

In the middle of this winter we found ourselves in need of a new furnace. We had 3 companies come in to bid for the job (two of them were larger, better-known companies). Lee R. Kobb won the bid for several reasons. The price was very reasonable; we were impressed that this is a 4th generation family-owned business; they (an earlier generation) had done heating-related and plumbing work in the house many years ago; we felt much more comfortable with the knowledge and expertise that we felt Evan had over the competitors; we were given a professional, easy to understand proposal (which we surprisingly did not receive from one of the competitors) and all of the warranty information.

Four to five guys worked on installing the furnace and new pipes and finished within the time period they estimated. They also happened to finish a day before a winter cold snap.

They did great work, were very skillful, knowledgeable, nice and courteous. You could see they took pride in doing a good job. And they put everything back where it was.

We were very happy with the outcome. The new furnace provides good, consistent heat, whereas we constantly had to adjust up and down the temperature of the old furnace.

Evan and his crew replaced our boiler and water tank with a new Navien high-efficiency wall-mounted combo boiler with direct hot water. They did a great job planning and carrying out the work. The system works great and takes up about 1/3 of the basement space as the old system. I am glad we chose them.

Very professional and responsive. They worked with us to ensure the units were in the locations we wanted both inside and out. They installed quality products, were clean and respectful while in our home, and overall very professional. High recommend their services.

This was a wonderful experience. My ancient AC blew out. Evan came to see what could be done. Well I needed a new system. I received a fair price and a installation that was flawless. All men arrived on time, ready to work. Definitely one of the most professional group I have ever in my home. Evan has a pleasant professional attitude. I really can't say anything but, great things. I do wish he lived near my beach house. I could use help new AC there also. They went above and beyond.

Lee Kobb Plumbing offers professional and responsive service. Our hot water heater was leaking and caused us to have no hot water on the coldest day so far. Cody and Tyler came to repair it. They explained the problem and came up with a solution. They are awesome! Knowledgeable, responsive, and always provide a quality service.

did not have a lot of experience with the jobs they
took care of. The mechanics at my house wore
booties to keep my home clean and they were
meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. The men
gave me peace of mind and satisfaction in trusting
them to handle the jobs. Everything was in working
order when they left. I was completely satisfied

The guys over at Lee R. Kobb are the absolute best. I had a toilet clog and main line clog that backed up my whole house. Each one of the team members that worked on my house were all extremely considerate of the home and the work that they did. Even when removing the toilet they noticed it was not put in right and they corrected it. It looks better now than it did before. Naturally, it was a mess my job but they took every opportunity to make sure they kept it to a minimum and cleaned up what they could. Seriously, possibly the only reason that I was able to stay sane was because of these guys. Any questions I had they answered and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was getting done right. This is an amazing company with some even better people working for it. Highly recommend them and will definitely spread the word.
