Called them up in a snow storm after our heat went out. They came out the same day. Ordered the part and was up and running in no time. They also installed our water heater a few months back. Great company to work with.

I’m so glad we decided to go with Lee R Kobb. We recently moved to NJ and our home had some issues to say the least. The previous owner was “stealing water” so we needed to install a new system so the water company can install the meter and Harris came over the same day to give us a quote in PERSON! He wanted to make sure what exactly needed to be done that was amazing. And a week later we ended up calling again because our home had no heat on the first floor and the second floor NEVER turned off and the thermostat were all over the place. It was the day before thanksgiving and they were nice enough that they were able to send someone over to fix it and not leave us until after the holiday (cables were all over in my boiler the cables were not connected properly and there was some things missing). I can’t thank them enough and if anything else comes up in our home we are calling this company!

Far exceeded my expectations! Installed a Leak Defense System at my home. They were extremely competent, professional and responsive. Timing was critical in this case and they went above and beyond to complete the job immediately. I could not be happier with their staff and their work. I used Lee R. Kobb to figure out the heating issue going on in my new house. We have a 5 zone house and to get 4 of the zones to work I had to turn one on. I called a different company 1st and was told to rewire the house. I called Evan, who I used in our previous house for heating and new AC install, to come out and look at it. He was great as normal. He had the problem diagnosed in no time and fixed the whole problem,which was the zone valves not rewire of the whole system. I would recommend them to anybody. Prices are always fair and always there when you need them. I will not waste my time dealing with anyone else hear on out.
