Installed a system in our new addition seven years ago. The system caused problems from the beginning and they have never been able to fix it. On an annual basis, the system puts out so much condensation that it comes through the ceiling, requiring interior work annually. Many other HVAC contractors have offered the same solution - rip it out and start from scratch. The job was simply wrong. I cannot recommend Katham to anyone.

We are in a new build and there are always issues. Katham has come promptly each and every time. They take the time over the phone AND in person to answer all questions and explain things in easy to understand wording. If something needs to get done, the do it quickly & efficiently.

Gave us options, fixed a ventilation problem, timely installation, and removed old unit. All done professionally and with courtesy. You are making a wise decision when using Katham Industries to maintain your unit. Plus they clean vents including dryer vents!

Katham provided excellent quality service for us as our AC broke down suddenly and we needed a partial repair and replacement of our system. George made sure to oversee the entire job. Katham replaced my AC within 72 hours of my request; the entire system needed replacement. They came out to evaluate it the day I called to inform them of the problem; they didn't give me a 4 hour window like most companies. they gave an exact time and were very prompt. They were honest and fair with the pricing. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend them!
