Got quote from multiple vendor to change my gas boiler and hot water tank. Got a lot of bs from some vendors about pricing and equipment and felt like dealing with used car saleman. Lot of people try to sell high tech, high price equipment which i dont care much about.
I found M&S on yelp, saw their good review and decide to give them a call. The owner is very responsive. Check my photos for equipment details. We discussed about equipment and brands i want and he was able to do the job on the next day.
Its a long job and he did both in 1 day 11am to 6pm.
Moved my wash and dryer and install the unit back when it’s done.
Overall it’s quite simple and no bs.
I do recommend them.

Arrived within hours of my desperate phonecall (it's hot!!!) and quickly diagnosed the problem. Rather than push me to replace the entire HVAC unit - which arguably I could, as the unit is older - the tech suggested a low-cost solution (a patch for the leak) which may hold indefinitely. I really appreciated *not* getting a high-pressure sales pitch (or any sales pitch). Later that evening, the tech reached out to me to see if everything was working properly. How's that for great customer service? Super pleased. Thank you.

M&S technicians have the knowledge and expertise to take care of all of your plumbing, HVAC, and Boiler maintenance needs. I have been using their services for over two years. For the quality and price- they are my first choice. I am a homeowner and house flipper! And their are always reasons to relocate heating baseboards, move plumbing around, or upgrade to HVAC. They can do it all.

My hot water heating tank busted on Saturday night 11pm, M&S was there Sunday replacing the tank.
They were the first to answer my call, best price and quick turnaround. I hope I never have another issue with any of the services they offer, but if I do, M&S will be the first I call. Thanks guys!!

As always very knowledgeable and find the problem immediately. A/C is up and running great.

Had to replace a split system. They were prompt. Communicated very clearly. Worked so hard and faced quite a few problems along the way because my existing system was installed oddly. They were persistent and made extra trips to get the job done right. They clearly want their customers to be happy and definitely went the extra mile. Great attitude. I would hire them again for sure.

Our furnace (steam heat boiler) stopped working in the middle of January this past year…we called first thing the next morning and Saadeh came by as soon as he could to figure out what was going on. It took a few tries cause as it turned out it was an electrical short in the thermostat. But he literally came back and stayed until it was figured out and we had heat!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We had an emergency AC situation and they were able to send someone that day. Mohammed did a great job dealing with a Very difficult system. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend M&S for your AC issues.
