Mr. Saadeh is very professional. He came in a very hot day and checked for my gas hot water heater no run hot water. I really appreciated his kindness. A+++++

I called M&S after my scheduled contractor failed to show up on two separate occasions to fix the broken ac unit. My tenants were not home but Sadeeh arrived as he said he would and communicated with me throughout the process of what the issue was. He was thorough and knowledgeable and fixed it within the hour. I was very happy with his services and responsiveness. Extremely professional and a man of his word. M&S will be my go-to for future services.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by M&S Technicians. When I contacted Saadeh about my leak he was quick to respond and setup an appointment for the next day, as I requested. He arrived within the 2 hour appointment window as promised. He found the problem was a leak in the pressure valve. He left immediately to get a replacement, returned, then installed the new valve. The entire process was done in about an hour. I plan to call M&S again soon to replace my kitchen faucet.

Saaed was responsive, honest, timely, fairly priced and efficient. He found the AC unit we requested, suggested we also replace our 30 year old heating system and did both for less than quotes we had gotten for AC alone.
We would recommend M&S highly.

Love this company! They pulled out all stops to try to help me from having to replace my air conditioning unit last summer. I don’t know how many times they’ve come to my home to look at that busted thing.

Saadeh was always patient, available, honest, and professional! If I could give them 10 stars I would, they’re awesome.

I’ve dealt with many companies before and this company is by far the most professional by far! They showed up the same day I called for an estimate! Very punctual and show up at the time that they give you. Their prices were great and their work was amazing!
