Sadeeh was really quick to respond to a request for an estimate to get a new hot water heater. He replaced it within a day of our first contact and at a great price. Throughout the process, his communication was smooth and helpful, including a follow-up to make sure things were going well with the new heater. He and his partner cleaned up the workspace when they were done, leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived.

We'll definitely work with M&S again.

BEWARE. We had M&S Technicians replace/repair corroded water feed pipes and valves to our heater. They charged us $600 for maybe a foot of straight copper pipes and 2 valves, which I was willing to let pass because we needed the work done. However, what is completely inexcusable was that they never turned the water feed valve to the heater back on when they were finished.

This work was done in November and here we are in April. They also never bled the air out of the system after I specifically asked for it which I ended up doing myself because the heater wasn't working well and is how I came across the valve they never turned on.

Edit: Yes, I am sure it was you who did the work. It is absurd that you are even asking that question. We have notes from our checkbook and I remember who worked on the house from the pictures in your Google page. There is not much satisfaction you can guarantee at this point after trying to gas light the customer, I doubt you will provide a refund for the overpriced service; or lack of.

M&S Technicians quickly identified problems we were having with AC Unit, repaired, topped off coolant. Highly recommend for quality work. Also, Sadeeh left the area he was working in spotless when he was done. Thank you Sadeeh

Saadeh and his crew showed up on time. They did the requested home a/c change at a price which we were comfortable with and the quality of work was excellent. I would recommend M&S based on my personal observations during the install. Don't always assume the 'bigger name' installation companies do a better job. I consider myself very lucky to have Saadeh as my HVAC guy. I have never met a guy who is always willing to go extra miles to helping people. He installed a new AC system in a very hot day knowing that it was too hot without AC he stayed until very late that evening to finished installation and make sure it’s up and running. I have inherited a messy wiring AC system when I bought the house, he had not only installed the AC and re-wired my system without extra cost.
And few occasions when small problems occurred, he came few times, made few adjustments for my heating system issues and didn’t charge me!! Who would do that now a day?
I remember the first time I met him, he and his technician stayed until 11pm to make sure the job is done , that’s when I know he is the right guy to go to when I have HVAC issues.
He is professional and puncture, a few times when he was running late, he will text me to let me know and he doesn’t leave you hanging and no matter how late, he will show up and make sure I have a worry free night.

While everyone is always trying to find the cheapest prices, we sometimes forget to ask about the kind of service we get, but with M&S I was pleasantly surprised at how great was their service.
