Saddeh and his crew did a great job in fixing the water leak in our furnace. They were very methodical and did a through job in removing the clog and cleaning up after the work was done. I contacted four technicians and Saadeh was the only one who responded immediately and their price was the best compared with 3 other companies. I will definitely recommend them!

Saadeh the owner of M&S Technicians was a gem. He responded back to my price quote super fast with the best price all around. He let me know that he would take care of everything. Aside from the new boiler, he told me what additional parts to buy from Home Depot.

Saadeh picked everything up from HD, installed the new heater and took away the old one. Home Depot even screwed up w the parts I ordered, but Saadeh caught the mistake & went and got what we needed on his own. He made this painless and that is priceless. Its what everyone wants when paying a technician, plumber, electrician or contractor. I would use him again without a second thought.

M&S is the best HVAC service I’ve used. I’ve called them on two separate occasions, once for an AC related issue and once for a dryer vent issue. For the AC issue, they took a look and saved me from making a change that would cause a lot of issues during the winter. For the dryer vent they came out and explained to me how the set up I had was fine and not an issue what so ever. I had called several other HVAC services who had ghosted me after the initial call, but M&S came out exactly when they said that they would, and explained things in a way that made sense, and in a way that gave me confidence as a first time home owner.

M&S, all I can truly say is you guys are a class act! Quality work, Super professional and down to earth. Thank you most of all for always being responsive. I started out with major anxiety due to flooding and M&S was supportive in that the work will be done with ease and as promised and it was. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Saadeh is great. He is quick to respond even late at night. He followed up the next morning after our new A/C installation to see if it was running properly. We will definitely use M&S Technicians in the future and recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We first reached out to Saadeh and team after buying an older home over the summer. We learned quickly that the house was in need a of some repairs, and a new HVAC system. Unfortunately, due to our schedule we weren't able to book with him. After several months we ran into an issue with our hot water heater in a tenant unit. We had the water heater replaced, but the the tenants kitchen faucet kept causing issues. The plumber we were originally working with on the hot water heater was charging $175 per faucet and kept replacing it without our permission and invoicing us. Needless to say, I was very concerned and, so happy I remembered meeting Saadeh over the summer.

I called Saadeh and explained the situation and he was very prompt. He came the very next working day. He quickly got up to speed and understood our situation. He looked at the current faucet and fixed this issue in 5 minutes! He also took the time to teach my husband how to fix it, should the problem happen again - and he didn't even charge us for the visit.

His customer service and thoughtful approach is amazing. We will definitely be calling him for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs in the future. Thank you again!

Saddeh and his crew were amazing. We asked them for repairs ASAP b/c we’re moving and needed to complete the repairs to satisfy some inspection items. They were fast, efficient and even found some issues the inspector missed and corrected those, too. Best of all, they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

M&S technician is super good. He responded very quickly. Furthermore the job he has done was excellent. I had other problem later on, which he took care of rapidly free of charge.

Saadeh and his team visited on 07/20 and were a pleasure to work with. I did a lot of searching online before calling them, and I feel I made the right decision calling Saadeh. He was professional, helpful, friendly and did not overcharge us for fixing our HVAC.

I plan to work with them again in the near future. Would highly recommend.
