Terrific serviceman came on time and worked quickly. He also helped me put the thermostat app on my phone. Wonderful company! Balanced the system so we no longer are getting error codes.

Had this company replace my oil fired boiler and am very pleased so far (it has been a month). The boiler they've installed is state of art, there were no issues during the installation. The quote I received was very reasonable, I've had companies quote me 50% more for worse boilers. Installers were professional with great attitude. The only thing that went wrong is they forgot to purge the air after installation, but they've remedied it right away after my call. Would definitely hire them again.

Josh was great and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain what the issue was and what I needed to do to manage it going forward.

Originally contacted them to get a quote, I arrived on time, they were late and never mentioned to me that they were going to do so. 10/15 minutes is fine but it took one hour and there was no way to contact them except through email. They kept saying “oh, we have the wrong email” funny seeing as I was communicating through email. Now it’s been almost 20 days and I still didn’t receive a quote and the same excuse of “oh, we have the wrong email” and again how, if we’ve been speaking through email.

Very good company to work with. Much more responsive than other companies I have used in the past. When there is an issue either in the winter or during cooling system, the folks at North Shore Home Energy have been prompt in responding and solving any issues and generally exceeded my expectations at all levels. Very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant group of folks to deal with. One of best decisions I have made when I first gave these guys a call.
