I think they are maybe out of business (?). I had a great reationship for many years with no issues. Always quality work, no issues with that. However, since fall of 2022, I keep getting sent a bill (that was paid in full within 3 days in September 2022). It's been sent every few weeks since then and it's now April 2023. No idea why this keeps getting sent to me. I've tried to contact Rescue Force probably +12 times over the months between phone and email with no response back. It's gotten to the point where if it somehow goes to collections I'll need to potentially take some sort of legal action. I've lived in this town for 20 years and have had postive and productive relationships with dozens of contrctors over this time. I've never had anyone just simply disappear. Again, I assume they are out of business and this is just sort of an auto-ghost billing system continuing to email me. If not, I would not engage with them. So disappointing after quality work for so many years.

We’ve used Rescue Force in the past and had a great experience. We called them again when our heat went out and Doug was great to work with! Responsive, informative and most important helped resolve our issue. Don’t think twice, give them a call next time you need help.

My furnace had stopped working so I was looking to get a repair done quickly. Other places I contacted could't come out for weeks. Rescue Force was able to come out the next day . Their tech methodically diagnosed the failure and tracked it down to an electrical problem outside of the furnace and got me back up and running quickly.

I just want to start off by saying that Jonathan and Joe are awesome! I was having an issue with my tenant’s furnace so I contacted Rescue Force after seeing all their great reviews. The customer service rep I spoke with was so helpful and kind, and she was able to get me an appointment on the same day. She really gave me a great first impression of the company.
Once the technicians, Jonathan and Joe, got to my place, they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and came up with a solution that had the furnace up and running in no time. Not only did these guys take care of my heating problem, they also answered a bunch of questions that I had for them and gave me a ton of maintenance and home care tips. All in all, my experience with Rescue Force was great! Highly recommend 👍🏼

I had Rescue Force install a new heating and a/c system in my business office and Doug was top notch with helping me decide what system to use. Mike was the tech that did the installation and he did an amazing job, very clean and the installation looks amazing. highly recommend

Bad experiences which I will post more about after completing a dispute.
Oh forgot to update this.
2 weeks after being diagnosed with a broken furnace hot surface igniter; and told it was a special order, and paying $850 for the inspection and future replacement including the new part. We were ghosted.
We had another company replace the igniter immediately for $200 including labor, it took them 5 minutes.
Rescue Force unapolagetically refused to refund the amount I had already paid for the install they never did, or the part I never received. Conveniently the charge to my credit card for $278 for "shipping and receiving" is non-disputable by credit companies. Keep in mind this is a $28 part available at MANY places same day.
Lesson learned, don't pay for anything you haven't received, and don't trust the first person you talk to about a problem with your home.

My how things have changed since I left this last review... And heres some info on how we went from 5 to 1 star.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE RESCUE FORCE.
Let me start by saying the techs are great to work with. Joe was friendly and helpful and explained things to me. We liked them so much we signed up for a service package and also discussed possibly installing a new oil tank and doing a C-Wire install for our smart thermostat.
When we talked about the C-Wire install I SIGNED A CONTRACT with them about it, and was promised a call within a few day when the parts came in.
To this day, now more than one year later, we have YET to hear back from them.
Once we had no call back within the week we started calling and spoke to...whoever they use...and were promised a call the next day. We got a call two days later and said they would need to push out an install, not a problem, and said they would call back with the date.
Still no call.
Another week goes by, we go to check in on it and were told they would be at our house the NEXT day!
They didn't show up. But rescheduled!
Still did not show up.
Many, MANY phone calls later and NOT A SINGLE ONE RETURNED my husband told them that we were all set, cancel everything including our service plan and we would find someone else. STILL NO CALL BACK!!!!!!
Imagine my surprise, a year later, when I get a $300 charge on my credit card for Rescue Force saying we had our annual service completed and we had been charged. When my husband called to see what was up he was told (argued with actually) that someone was here. Where? Now I work from home, there was NO ONE here and we also wouldn't have ALLOWED them to work on our systems had they shown up but here we are with this charge. Again, NO ONE WAS HERE and if we need proof I can 100% provide footage from the entire day they seem to THINK they were here to show they were not.
We have now called DAILY since we got this charge and are promised a call back DAILY. We have yet to speak to anyone who can give us our money back. Am I shocked, no.
Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your service. I'll be sure to update this until we do receive a call (not to change my rating but to show how many days it has been total) but I don't anticipate it being anytime soon.
ORIGINAL POST: which I deeply regret now....
I will never use anyone other than Rescue Force. Highly recommend and will be using moving forward.

I have a services plan with them and I been trying to cancelled my plan for the past 6 months. I been calling non-stop and till this date I have not received any phone call from a manager. They still haven’t cancelled my plan and they continue to charged my account. This is the worst company ever. Please be aware do not signed up for their plan!!! They are not even on top of their clients. They don’t return any calls. Worst services!!! Awful!! I had to put a claim so they can stop stealing my money!!!!

I called and spoke to the owner Doug. He quoted me $99 for a diagnostic test. The technician Joe came to look at my heating unit he charged me $149. He also said if I want to sign up for their annual service it cost $199. I gave him a check to hold until I get the estimates. They said they would email me within 7 days the cost estimates for replacing both the heating and ac unit. Three weeks gone by, NO estimates. I called & left messages with their answering service and emailed the company a few time but nobody responded to my messages. They cashed my check $348 without giving me the estimates. Finally Stephanie, a newly hired office manger called me. She apologized for the company. With her professionalism and prompt attention she resolved my problem. I got what is owed to me. I would give Stephanie a 5*. They are lucky to have her. She seems to be the only one that cares about customers.

Rescue Force came out to evaluate my homes duct work, they gave me an EXCELLENT overview of the limitations and potential solutions for our home. There was no pushy sales angle and purely problem solving, when it comes time for some remodeling we will be working with them to adapt our duct work!
