Poor customer service. I don’t think they’re taking on any more customers anyway. The woman on the phone is very dismissive. I had inquired about the instant all electric water heaters and remember her saying they install them and that they’re very efficient. I simply wanted to follow up on her opinion again as I had received just the opposite info from another plumber afterwards. She became very defensive for some reason and denied saying so, which is fine. I simply wanted to get additional information and maybe quick general guidance which she apparently could have cared less about. The extremely unprofessional way that phone call was handled signaled to me not to ever solicit services here. Why bother those who dont’t wanna be bothered. Customers not wanted, imagine that.

On A friday afternoon, I decided to throw the towel in, and call in a plumber. First choice was calling local homedepot for them to come look at the water heater and have it replaced if needed. sent the info and waited. and waited.. and waited. Then i went back to the website found the local number for the contracted plumber home depot contacted. After 15 minutes of waiting on hold and telling 3 different people why i was calling, I had to ask the lady if they could come today. she said 2 weeks. I hung up and googled local plumber and found Dan Dunn. I called him and he asked me to send him images of the unit. I did that and went to the bank. To my shock, I was just arriving at the bank when i got the call. They where already here and with a new water heater. It had been 10 minutes! Well seems Dan moved his shop from plastow to seabrook. So at 3pm ish.. My first call to day was made. By 5pm. I was allset and His price was no where close to the number I had in my head. I figured emergency call. I figured better get a kiss from this *********** after.. nope. I will be sending anyone I know in need of a plumber to Dan.

Update: on Friday evening/sat morning at 1230 am, I had discovered a small leak due to plumbing pipes freezing over. Coldest night of the year/decade/century. Temps reach negative 6 windchill negative 21f. I had ran back to my shop to grab tools to try to save the pipes and thaw them before I had massive breaks. When I returned just 5 minutes later it was like Niagara Falls. I had no shut off as this was in a vacant store front in the retail plaza my family owns. The shut off was located in a store that the store owner had changed locks without my knowledge nor approval. At 1 am I called local police and they refused to call water dept to come out and shut off water. Told me I could shut off at the road if I wished. ( yeah only 6ft deep and requires a special tool) so I text dan as he had just weeks before install a water heater. To my stupidity never thought of the other guy and how busy dan had been the day before dealing with all the people like me who had burst pipes. Dan had been up at work from 6 am on Friday til midnight. I called 12 24 hour plumbers and left messages with call centers and text and voicemails. Dan was the first to respond at 630 am and just a little bit later dan was on site capping the pipe off and stopping my nightmare. He explained he had done this so many times in the past 24 hours. Stopping the water and then him or his team would be back to fix the break. Just get as many people not to have water flowing everywhere. Dans guys did the repair within 36 hours from the break everything was fixed. Seriously this guy has saved me twice in the last two months and he is a welcomed addition to seabrook. Thanks again Dan.

Very poor at communicating and unreliable. Once they do show do a good job but good luck getting hold of them.
