    Fast reliable and they do not cut corners.
    These guys did two weeks worth of work in 3 days time they came (they stay they get the job done and don’t run home at 5) to me when I had no heat in the middle of a cold snap when most other Hvac guys don’t call you back these guys answer the phone.
    They showed up same day within hours.
    They could have fixed my boiler but it was old out of date and not efficient.
    I couldn’t believe these guys gutted all my plumbing during that cold snap and replaced and brought the entire utility room up to date with modern equipment boiler and on demand water heater all in one.
    The plumbing is art work and these guys even painted the natural gas pipe (nobody else would do that)
    Your home is your investment so invest in a good work they priced all the work at an very reasonable price for the quality of the work.
    The work easily doubled its cost in home equity.
    Highly recommend this company.
    They also do mini splits central a/c and spray foam insulation. Honest guys and they gave me options on the equipment but like I said make the investment if you can afford that route it will pay you back double in the end.

    Part of my home wasn't getting heat. I contacted Coastal Heating & Cooling and they were able to come out the same day, quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They were very informative throughout the repair process and did a great job fixing my issue.

    In my opinion the business ethics of this company are nonexistent.

    I called to have my furnace serviced. While the service provider did show up rather quickly to perform the service call, he was completely disrespectful. Not only was he disrespectful but I also discovered the parts he used were incredibly marked up and his labor rates were highly unreasonable.

    Please, do not go through the havoc of contracting with this company. He may seem like a decent human being but he'll take advantage of you any way he can.

    After he supposedly fixed my furnace, I discovered it was still leaking. I asked him to come back and perform a secondary check on my furnace which was still leaking. Instead of determining what the issues, he blamed the initial installer of the furnace. Further exacerbating the situation, he decided to insinuate that I never paid him for the original service and he was requesting payment now. He later said to me in a threatening manner that he would follow me to the bank to obtain his fee. I subsequently advised him to leave the home and I would not use him again due to his unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge regarding the situation.

    Stay away from this guy. There are plenty of more reputable firms out there to service your HVAC needs.

    Jon was excellent! From diagnosing the issue to sourcing the best unit at the best price. Arrived on time, quick clean and professional. Even went the extra mile and did some cleaning of the area my AC was in! Would absolutely recommend Costal Heating and Cooling!

    Good and efficient. I needed to replace an a/c unit and after various estimates I decided to go with Costal. I am happy with the outcome. It is hard tot trust people because most of the time they don't really care about the customer. Jon actually took the time to go over the estimate information. My unit was replaced in 2 days and is working just perfect.

    When my heating system ceased to work on a Friday night at 9:30 I thought who will answer the phone at that time of night after working all day. I called Coastal and told the man that answered that there are two disabled people that live in the house and that we just lost our heat. He said " I'm going to eat my dinner" and I'll come right over. That meant he just got home from helping another customer. He was wearing his mask when he arrived. He had the problem analyzed in a few minutes, he fixed the furnace than he trudged through 2 ft. of snow to the oil tank in the back of the house. This employee is dedicated, knowledgeable and was still willing to engage in a conversation at 1am. We are blessed to have a company in the seacoast that hires good people. Thank-You for answering my call.

    Buyer of services from this company beware. Recommended by the oil company I was using at the time, I had Coastal come look at the problems I was having with a boiler. After a couple months and a few thousand dollars, the bad news was broken to me that the six year old boiler needed to be replaced. I decided to get a couple more opinions and I'm glad I did. Come to find out, parts were being replaced that had nothing to do with the true issue and for $240 the issue was corrected. It's now three years later and the boiler is running strong and I'm still $8,000 richer. Trust me, get a second and third opinion.

    Very good service and decent price! Replaced my 25 year old York unit for a new American Standard. Wasn't ready to spend that kind of money but I had no choice. I had 3 quotes and I picked this company after seen that they have been around for a while.

    Dealt with John last year when I needed a boiler. My home insurance company gave me his info to do the work, so that's why I went through him.
    We talked and figured out what I needed and I provided pictures so he didn't have to come out. I got a quote from him but it was way more than I could afford at the time(even with insurance helping), so I said I couldn't do it. I even asked if there was a cheaper alternative and he said no and was not willing to go down on the price. A few months later, I went to cancel the claim and found out he took $500 from my insurance money for a "diagnostic check and quote". I tried getting the money back because the claim was absolutely ridiculous and almost every time quotes are free, but he refused to give it back and lied to the insurance company.
    I ended up getting my boiler done from another company for $2000+ less and I couldn't be happier with the clean work that was done.
    All in all, do not go through this company. He may seem like a decent person, but he'll take advantage of you any way he can.

    we bought a house a month ago in North Hampton and needed to get a new water heater. I must say we had a great experience with this company , reliable , honest, and fair price .
