In my opinion the business ethics of this company are little to none.
The knowledge of the technician and owner Jon that serviced my boiler are questionable as well in my humble opinion. The kicker is the math was wrong on their billing invoices. After paying the total amount I discovered a few weeks later after reviewing the invoices again, his he overstated the total amount but wouldn't refund me the $350 that was overcharged (labor and materials were less than the total stated on the invoice). Simple mistake I would have thought, but the fact that he wouldn't refund my money is borderline criminal in my opinion. Stay away from this guy. There are plenty of more reputable firms out there to service your HVAC needs.

Easy reaching out to them and easy installation of the new unit. Scheduled for a 9:am and they showed up on time. Took them about 3 hours and the job was completed. Price range was ok based on other quotes.

We called Coastal Heating and Cooling and spoke to John ( owner )... We schedule a service call for the next day. he came on time. He is very knowledge and gave us the best option. We will recommend his company to everyone. Is hard to find someone who actually cares!!!.....THANK YOU JOHN FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

We had two pipes leaking from the hot water heaters and i was in a hurry trying to find a company who could come in right away and fix the problem. Coastal was fast and efficient. Took them no more than one hour and issue solved.

very communicative and reasonable price compared to other 2 quotes we got. Needed to replace a 10 year a/c system. Happy with the work and service.

I called 2 days ago in the morning because my mother's house did not have a working a/c. She is 89 years old and I was worry. They came in within couple of hours and we had air conditioning by the end of the same day.

Told me I need 2000 dollars worth of work and parts. 2nd company said somebody tuned a switch off at the unit to try to get me to replace completely functional parts. Ripoffs. Don't do business with these people

Very happy with the installation- my water heater was all set to go in 3 days. The price was fair and he explained step by step what he did.

Spray Foam insulation - Definitely recommend!

Clean - on time - good service. We hired this company to put a water softener and not having to deal with it later. it's been 5 months.
