Still in disbelief that I was able to get the installation of 2 new heat pump mini splits installed along with my older mini split relocated within 2 weeks of estimate. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Had previous estimates from several other companies but had to wait much longer and their estimates were a bit higher. The installers were on time, proffesional and hard workers. They treated my home with care and even helped move heavy furniture. The electrician was awesome...in fact I want to hire him for some other work if possible. Also the clean up inside and out was impeccable.

I had called another company the previous week and was told they couldn't come to fix my HVAC for another week. I was concerned because the weather showed a couple of 80 degree days ahead. I called North Shore Home Energy at noon and Donny German was there before 3pm to access the problem. He was at my door at 9am in the morning and had the system fixed by 9:30. Now that's service!
I was very pleased with the professional and friendly manner the company and Donny showed throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC, heating and AC needs.
As a Realtor, I am always looking for a company like this and will happily give their name out to anyone who asks.

Josh and his crew did a great job installing a pair of mini splits. Completed within 1 day, accommodated additional steps for a more aesthetic design even though it meant more work. Very competitively priced compared to the competition. Also serviced and repaired my boiler at no charge while they were out here. Would definitely hire again.

We called North Shore when we were looking to install a high-velocity AC system in our older home. I was really pleased with their service--they showed up when they said they would, were very conscientious about cleanup at the end of each work day, and were extremely knowledgeable about the system setup and installation. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and very professional.

Quick service response time. Professional and knowledgeable team. Took care of the issue even though were not able to pinpoint what caused it. Happy with the service. Will recommend!

Josh and Adam and his crew came to my place and put in three split system units. They spent the day and were incredibly efficient, polite and thorough. At first I was only going to get two because I didn't want to ruin the look of my living room, but then together we looked elsewhere for that third unit, and found a great place in the kitchen dining room.I would highly recommend this group. They finished in one day, sent four people and stuck with their original estimate. I had contacted over ten companies, and this one was by far the most reasonable financially and the most responsive. Josh knows how to work with customers.!

We hired Josh and North Shore Home Energy to replace an aging furnace. They were extremely responsive compared to other HVAC companies. They provided an estimate within a few days and quickly scheduled a day two weeks out for the furnace replacement. The crew who did the installation were very professional and clean. I highly recommend Josh and his team for any HVAC needs. Will use them again in the future.
