North Shore Home Energy LLC

This company was easy to deal with. We had a heating system that needed replacement and within a day we had a competitive quote and an install date. On the install date they arrived 15 minutes early, and had everything up and running in a few hours.

We contacted North Shore Home Energy about installing a SpacePak high velocity AC and heat pump in our house. We didn't have ducts, so Space Pak was perfect. The crew was very efficient and friendly. My wife, daughter and I all work from home and they did such a great job working around everything that we had no disruptions. The entire job took only 3 days. I would definitely go with North Shore again.

Great experience. Didn’t try to up sell any unnecessary services, was efficient and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Was able to fit me in last minute before the Christmas holiday. Definitely recommend.

Josh came over to look at our AC and give us an estimate on a new one. I had Mass Save come over so we could get a loan. HIs office assistant picked up our confirmation from Mass Save. I never heard from Josh again despite my emails and phone calls. VERY disappointed! This is terrible customer service!

We highly recommend Don. He is very knowledgeable and experienced at what he does.

We had a new boiler installed this week. We couldn’t be more pleased with it. It’s whisper quiet and so efficient. Josh and his team, Adam, Anthony and Tom were the ultimate professionals. Done all in one day, eveything was left neat and clean. Josh provided all paperwork for Mass Save and we were able to get back alot. We were referred by our very good friends and will not hesitate to pass his info along to family and friends. If We could give you 10 stars.. we would!!

I called Josh on Monday to schedule a call because my new ac unit was not supplying cool air. Josh promptly scheduled a service appt for the next day. Jake arrived on Tuesday, was one of the original installers and was very familiar with system/ layout of the hvac and house. He fixed the issue which was a detached wire on the compressor. Both Josh and Jake were very professional and I’m thrilled I was able to connect with them. I will continue to do business with them. Thanks guys!!!

Older: I've called several times and left messages with their call answering service but Josh has not returned any of my calls. He installed a new furnace which is having issues. By posting this I'm hoping they will call me back to setup a service call. Keeping my fingers crossed, stay tuned...
