Derek provided an excellent service in a very timely manner after having quickly identified the leak associated with our furnace.

We needed our furnace serviced a couple leaky spots fixed. Derek was our tech and he was thorough and knowledgeable and kind. He explained what was going on, what the options were and explained in simple terms what was happening and what to look for.

My elderly father had both of his toilets clogged and I was out of state and unable to get there. Apparently they had been clogged for some time so I requested an emergency service appointment. Ken Hilton arrived and called me to let me know what was happening and was very kind to my father despite having to unclog a disgusting situation. Ken was extremely kind and professional and I would highly recommend him!

Steve came to provide a quote for a large project. He arrived on-time, with timing confirmed at half-hour prior. He was courteous, kind and thorough. He explained all the options before us, including the reason for necessity, and the benefits/challenges of each possible option. I’m not sure which direction we’ll go, but I appreciated his assistance. Thank you!

Andy Fauvreau was the best..and all of my experience in 19 yr from Heritage has provided proficient professionalism and excellent service. Andy stands above the rest of the best. He serviced my water heater, determined cause of cold water plug to washer, answered questions I had on other possibilities for future projects. Andy truly has the friendly, knowledgeable, professional efficient attributes Heritage should be proud to have on their team.
