Called to get a quote for a mini split system. Received a quote within a couple days. The service technicians that came out to install were very knowledgeable, polite and did a fantastic job. They kept me informed of everything they were doing. They cleaned up after they finished and explained everything to me. Very highly recommend using this company, I know we will continue to use them.

Find someone else, because they will only waste your time. Like other reviewers have said, they no show appointments and don’t call back. I have been strung along waiting for them to respond to an issue for well over a month. I call them and they say they will get right back to me and never do. They did work for me a few years back and did a great job, so I wanted to give them a chance. I don’t know what has changed, but they are not the same company. Avoid!

I had an appointment on the books with them for a few weeks. The day of service they were supposed to show between 12-2. At 2:20 I called and the receptionist said they were still with the clients before me would I like a call when they were on their way, I said yes. At 4:12 they still weren’t here so I called again and they were closed. No one called and no one showed. I would not recommend them especially if you take the time to wait for them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Hart Plumbing and Heating. They have done several jobs for me this past year on everything from new construction to renovations and
repairs/servicing of HVAC equipment. They have gone out of their way to both save me money and fix mistakes made by others. Responsive, professional and quality work. I highly recommend them! A+

Initially, we loved Hart Plumbing & Heating but unfortunately have had a terrible experience with them overall. We have tried to use them for over a year, have had 4 scheduled appointments with them over the past year and all 4 they were a no call/ no show for our leak. We rearranged our work schedules to fit their appointment window, only to wait around for them to not show up without a phone call--4 times in a row. All while we still have the same leak, which has probably caused further damage at this point. We really wanted to stick with a locally owned family business, but this is unacceptable and a poor excuse for professional business practice. Now we are still stuck with a leak, no services, and wasted time.

I had exactly the same experience as another reviewer. Bob Hart came and looked at the job, then said we’d get a quote in the next few days. After a week or so I called and was told that they’d get back to me shortly. That was months ago. There was no follow up from Hart.

Harts entire team from Kevin Hart on down are the most professional, experienced and punctual you will find. The office staff kept me aware of the progress on their technicians arrival and availability of needed equipment. After Phil and his assistant repaired the a/c system with new parts, they cleaned the work area that you would never even know they had been here. We’ve been a customer of Hart Plumbing for over 13 years. They service both our main residence and a rental property. Love them. Responsive, professional, and fair. On a few occasions they came back at no charge to tweak something they’ve installed. Geri (Jerry, Gerry?) who often answers the phone is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wish they had given me a quote for the job or at least told me why they were not interested in providing a quote. They might have their own reasons, but after calling a couple of times to remind them of the quote that I was supposed to be receiving after they came and looked at the job, I did not hear from them at all. If they weren't interested, I thought that they could have told me so so that I wouldn't have waisted time waiting and/or calling them back a couple of times reminding them of the quote that I was promised.

We have used Hart Plumbing and Heating twice. Both times they were very responsive, identified the issue promptly and repaired it at a reasonable cost. We will certainly be using them as needs arise in the future.
