Guys did amazing work, very respectful I had to be home with a sick baby and they were respectful, coming in and out of house, took shoes off without me asking, and vacuumed all 3 days they were here even in areas they weren’t working! We love our new system and highly recommend! 5 STARS!

Excellent service & company. I can't say enough good things about my experience with MCP HVAC.

After getting a number of quotes with other HVAC contractors in the area, who all told me i needed to do a $30k rip and replace of my entire system. MCP came and worked with me to understand our needs, and talk about different scenarios and what the cost implications would be. They even talked me OUT of getting a new water heater that others told me I needed.

They were polite and timely - never showed up late and overcommunicated well. They even vaccumed up dust in my stairs at the end of each day on the job.

Outstanding company experience, to say the least - and the way it was when hubby and I were growing up. Mihai and his kind, skillful team are a sterling example of how self-built small business truly sets itself apart from large corporations, especially as it concerns the more natural attention to the customer's satisfaction. We started our project here after reading MCP-HVAC's highly positive, well-earned reviews. The crew initially installed a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Mini-Split system consisting of 2 indoor units connected to a powerful outdoor condenser. This smart modern technology really is highly cost-efficient and creates a powerhouse of year-round comfort. We were so pleased with Mihai's expertise in this field that we called again soon thereafter to have installed a third unit in our bedroom. All of this has now greatly surpassed the inadequate output of our home heating system. The investment was well-worth it, adding value to our home and, at the end of the day, was certainly a much more economical resolution than our having to replace, and add-to, our furnace system. A wonderful, friendly, trustworthy company.

A few weeks ago we had MCP HVAC complete a propane furnace replacement and A/C upgrade to a Heat Pump and thought I’d submit a review of the experience.
We had 5 estimates done for our project, price ranges all with +/- 15%, but Mihai (the owner) took the time to explain why he chose the brands we had installed and the benefits of a Heat Pump (We chose a Rheem Propane Furnace and Bosch Heat Pump). I peppered him with questions about the install and he gladly answered them all without rushing me along. That’s why we chose MCP HVAC.
The installation process requires prep work, scheduling, coordination, communication and Marlene in the office is just great at what she does. It was a pleasure to deal with her.
Mihai selected an electrical contractor to upgrade the breakers and wiring for the heat pump. Damien of Carter Electric LLC is a great guy, did a great job and is now my “Electrician” if I ever need any Electrical services!
It took only two days to perform the replacement. Dan and Octavian were assigned the job and they concentrated on their work, extremely polite, knowledgeable, and performed quality work in preparing the equipment for installation on a Monday. Tuesday they cut-out the old and installed the new. Mihai was on-site for the installation, and the 3 of them got it done by the end of the day. They corrected a few deficiencies from the original installation by adding an Air-flow bypass & damper, Re-do of furnace air-intake & exhaust plumbing, and provided local equipment power switch! Mihai went through the operation with me and now MCP HVAC has another very happy and satisfied customer! Thank-you!

Our experience with MCP HVAC was exceptional. The office manager, Marlene, was so friendly and helpful. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get us a quote and appointment very quickly. The staff that installed the mini split were extremely professional and fast. It was a very good experience from start to finish.
