We had a Mitsubishi mini split air conditioning / heating unit installed. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite technicians. The work areas were kept very tidy and they cleaned up after. They did discuss what they were doing. I would highly recommend Heritage Plumbing & Heating. Benjamin the electrician did a great job. John and Mike the installers were great also.

Contacted Heritage to diagnose a problem with my whole house upright dehumidifier. Even though they were not completely familiar with my model, they did an outstanding job of determining the problem, well within the first hour and estimated price. They also provided me with the documentation necessary to go back to the manufacturer and resolve the issue thru warranty. As a result, even though the dehumidifier was past warranty, the manufacturer offered to repair/replace the unit at no cost to me. Without Heritage providing articulate diagnostic documentation, I do not believe that would have happened. The technicians were exceptionally competent and professional. Cost was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend Heritage to anyone with a Dehumidifier problem, and I expect their otter services would be just as good!

James was great. He showed up earlier than scheduled. He did an amazing job installing the electrical part of the ductless ac we had installed. And he did it in such a way that you can't even see where he ran the wiring. James was very friendly and polite. He was also very professional and answered all our questions and showed us exactly what he was doing. You just can't ask for better than this.

Tom came out just to take a look at my furnace/ac. He was not able to do any work outside due to rain, but he let me know what was going on with the ac/condenser. He explained so I could understand and was able to book an appt with a project manager to come out and talk over options with me.

Had previous work done and had a bad GFI fail on me. Called Monday before the 4th of July holiday, was thrilled with the professional representative, said they had a technician in the area and would send him directly. I am remodeling three bathrooms and needed someone asap to remove toilets and faucet/vanity plus some other more involved work. Joshua was very thorough, professional and clear on cost estimates. He organized my entire project into several visits and coordinated with my flooring installation.
I will be using Heritage from now on.

George and his partner were courteous and informative, respectful and organized. My grandson and I even took a few minutes to admire how organized their work truck was. That’s nice to see! No foul language and kept me informed about my AC. Great experience.

Jon and his crew were very communicative throughout the whole process of the installation and were very professional and quick. Job only took just over a day to do. Everything works great and we were shown all the things the system can do once it was finished. Thank you to you and your team for your hard work! The tech Bob was friendly and fast and got right to the issue. Got our system up and running again fast. Heritage came right out to us. They had Bob there within two hours from my call! That’s great service. Especially these days. Remember you get what you pay for, that’s why I called Heritage.
