Great job

After phone discussions describing the wood fireplace insert, appointment for insert cleanout and chimney flue inspection was made for months out per their schedule. They then called to reschedule original appointment to another month out. Upon onsite visit, techs vacuumed out firebox, then did not have the correct tools to remove firebox ceiling to inspect chimney as promised. It then stated it was too late into season to return and safely inspect and call to schedule for spring. Paid for services not completely rendered.

We've used Armstrong before, and they do a great job every time. Very professional and courteous, and they clean up everything before they leave. Definitely recommend them!

I was very happy and impressed from start to finish with the service performed by Mike and Randy. They were polite, professional and prepared. I would highly recommend using Armstrong to anyone in need of their provided services.

Administratively there were some hiccups in booking and getting the receipt, however the service was excellent and rate was competitive. I sought their help in getting rid of odors coming from the vents, and six months later I've not had the odors return even once. I would work with them again.

Armstrong techs were courteous and knowledgeable. They went through every vent in the house and were very thorough with their duct cleaning work.

One of the guys (Matt) found a sapphire and diamond ring that I had lost years ago in one of the vents and it was given to me as soon as it was found. Very professional! The work was done quickly and I'm so happy to have to have a piece of mind knowing that all of the previous owners cat and dog hairs are no longer lingering around.

Fantastic people polite and professional. They carried on a conversation by explaining everything they were doing step by step and what they found. They were nice to our dogs and quite efficient in their service, less then an hour after set up. Great price as well. They also told us about other services they offer.
