The worst customer service ever. Waited 8 weeks for an appointment during which time I was advised not to use my wood stove which is the primary heat source in my home. The day of the appointment I was given a 12:30-4 window the tech would arrive. Amanda called me at 3:30 to let me know tech wasn't coming and appointment couldn't be rescheduled for two days. Obviously I was upset and when I voiced this, I expected an apology or at the least some understanding and assurance that we were getting the next appointment and we were a priority. Quite the opposite. Amanda was rude and disrespectful and basically told me that it wasn't her fault the appointment was cancelled, it was cancelled because customers lie and the jobs take longer than expected. She also told me that I must not know anything about customer service because appointments get cancelled all the time and no one told me to take time off from work to be home for the appointment so I can't be upset about that. When I asked how she couldn't know earlier in the day that the tech wouldn't be able to make it she replied that she let me know when the tech told her. So it seems that Armstrong thinks its customers are liars, and the customers are the reason they can't schedule properly and keep appointments. Also, as a customer I have no right to get upset when my appointment gets cancelled and I have to wait another 2 days on top of the 8 weeks I already waited. Also, she gave no guarantee whatsoever that the next appointment would be kept. When I asked to talk to someone else, she stated she was the supervisor and if I didn't like it I didn't have to reschedule. Currently looking for another vendor in case they cancel again. A++ for being rude and nasty to customers.

They were nice, but used my night stand as a work table and left vent masks (blue foam) after cleaning. Responsive and timely, but something went wrong with each visit.

This was our second time working on our new home. This time they were putting in a wood fire line for us, in two areas. They did an great job. Jean & Andrew have been so polite on both visits. I highly recommend them. We will use them again. And thank you to all they did!!

We were very pleased with the cleaning of our dryer vent and HVAC vent system. The workers were very professional and conscientious. They did a great job and we really liked the before and after pictures they sent us. We will definitely use them again in the future!

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and my in-laws moved in. We contacted Armstrong to clean our ducts and clean/inspect our chimney as the crazy market didn’t allow us to have an inspection done. The previous owners had a lot of animals and the ducts were disgusting. Andy and Dennis spent hours at my house cleaning each duct and cleaning/inspecting the chimney. My in-laws said they really took their time and were kind and patient. They were even great with our small dogs. I then called and asked someone to review our paperwork as I’ve never owned a home before. I spoke to a man named David who went over each part of the paperwork and explained in detail why something was “unsatisfactory” in our chimney. I really appreciate all the time and effort spent to make sure our home is maintained well.

Had about 3/4 of my dryer vent replaced with solid pipe versus the expandable. Overall, they did a good job. However, I had gotten an estimate that I thought included neatening up the existing hole in the wall to include covering the existing gap. That wasn’t done.
