Excellent service in cleaning a 2nd story clothes dryer vent that had not been cleaned in 5 years.

I manage a 14 unit building. Planning and executing this job was easy. They do a good job at a decent price.

Despite the appointment having been made last fall, it was confirmed appropriately two days in advance. The crew of two arrived on time, were professional throughout, answered all questions to our satisfaction, worked hard, left all areas clean, and finished in the estimated time. The actual cost was as estimated. Five star experience!

They were on time and did a detailed and thorough vent cleaning of our home. They took before and after pictures, and we could smell and feel the difference in air quality after their service.

I had my ducts cleaned .The technician and his coworker were efficient on their approach while the technician showed me the bad areas the coworker covered all the vents. The whole time on the job both men were polite and curious.When the job was done the technician went over the areas he cleaned and made sure to pick all his trash.

Evan and Dave were great! They phoned me to tell me that they were 30 minutes away which is always great when you are waiting for a home appointment! They were both so friendly and thorough in explaining the process, we felt safe having them in our homes as they were masked at all times during these COVID times. The owner even stopped by to introduce himself which I thought was wonderful. The before and after pictures were so interesting to see! We would highly recommend Armstrong!!!

Absolutely phenomenal! So courteous. They arrived on time and spent over 4 hours thoroughly cleaning our vents. Happily spent time explaining their process and sharing photos of what they were finding. Also pointed out areas where we were losing heat and recommended solutions. They wrote everything down for us and were just all around great guys. Would definitely recommend. 5 star in all aspects. Can’t speak highly enough. Others may offer a lower price but u get what u pay for. In our case we underpaid for the quality of service we received. Thanks Armstrong

It was challenging for them to replace the old flexible vent with new rigid one. Original plan did not work when they found copper pipes also in the same cavity. They kept me in the loop when they had to change the plan. It took them longer than estimated but I was not charged for the additional time. Then installers were polite, friendly and informative

Armstrong was selected to do our bi-annual dryer vent cleaning after reviewing proposals form three other vendors. It was a great decision because they did a thorough job despite having heavy rain and winds making the use of their lift impossible. The contract called for a four day visit on site but the weather which wasn't possible. They then made arrangements to finish the work while having to juggle the schedules of other customers to, ultimately, finish our complex. We will be calling upon them again two years from now.
