Sanford technicians and service are second to none. Our tech Mike walked me through everything he found, how it was impacting the system and how they were going to fix it.
I have been using Sanford for years and started using them because they were able to troubleshoot an issue down to a bad ground on the PCb on our older system that had plagued us for years and stymied several other companies technicians.

We've used Sanford for over 10 years for all our maintenance/repair & replacement needs. Our most recent experience has, by far, been the best. The technician who came out for the inspection & later the repair was amazing - super friendly (even when being attacked by a 5# chihuahua), efficient & respectful.

on-demand hot water heater maintenance: Jason was friendly, courteous, and respectful. He listened carefully to our description of issues we've had with our Rinnai and came up with a couple of hypotheses about causes, neither of which proved true; nonetheless, he gave it some serious thought and was patient in his listening and in his responses.
