Brett has provided service in the past for Furnace and Duct cleanings along with the last two days for the Air Conditioning problems. As always, he was polite, diligent and thorough in the performance of his job.

Brett was wonderful. He was the certified technician that came for the estimate and we were fortunate to have him as team lead in the day of cleaning. He was very thorough. He not only showed me but explained in great detail how and why it is important to maintain our HVAC duct and vents. He was patient, and continued effective communication throughout their visit. We opted to upgrade our cleaning service to include dryer vent cleaning and added an air scrubber filter system. I do not feel upsold - in fact, I’m grateful he took the time to educated me that just duct and vent cleaning alone is not ideal for the family. In the long run we invested in the health of our family by properly maintaining our home.

I have found them to be honest, prompt, courteous and reliable. We have a Goodman system installed by the now defunct Wilkins company, and Sanford has never tried to replace or upsell the system. Instead they just fixed what needed to be fixed and even tried to get Goodman to honor its warranty ( only partially successful, but that is entirely on Goodman). We have had Jason work on our system multiple times and he is great.

Due to a faulty generator during the recent power outage, our induction motor burned out. We had no heat for 4 days. Sanford came out quickly, evaluated it, got the part and installed it promptly and correctly. A big thanks to Sanford and the technician, Brett. Extremely happy with their service.

Brett was friendly and professional, and took care of the A/C maintenance and checkup quickly and painlessly, and even provided some additional details about the year-old system and quotes on some additional cleaning and maintenance options.

Was in a tight spot with a partially functioning heating system right before the winter. Called on a Sunday and was able to get next day non-emergency service. Ricky D. was extremely helpful in explaining the system and issues to a new homeowner, and provided fair quotes for other work I thought I needed done. Overall, I would highly recommend Sanford and plan on sticking with them for their excellent service technicians and responsiveness!

Such a great experience with this team. Zach came out and discussed our heating issues with us, gave us a quote and got going! They were even able to schedule the install of our mini-splits for the following week - way sooner than we expected they'd be able to. The guys - Kyle, Rick, Jared and Brian were on time every day, courteous and patient (they had to work around my husband and I, our 2 kids and our 3 dogs for 3 days). Super polite guys, efficient, and it was an overall 5 star experience!

Jason was very professional and called ahead to let me know his ETA. He was able to perform my system maintenance and explain how the service program has changed from biannually to annually. I Highly recommend this technician.

Rick & his coworker were great! He explained things in a way that has given me a much better idea of what's up with my boiler, and the services Sanford offers. They respected my husband's WFH situation, and whenever we swapped as the contact during their visit. Rick & co were also very gracious about my loud dog.
