Brian Bergquist was phenomenal. We returned from vacation with out furnace out and no heat. Within the hour Brian was at out house late at night and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Can’t thank him enough for the level of service he provided.

The technician was respectful, very thorough and followed up on his work results. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely keep doing business with them.

Sanford installed our heating/air conditioning system 16 years ago. In that time I have been continuously impressed by their techs. Brett just did our air inspection. He was outstanding in both his knowledge of the system and , equally important, was his ability to explain to me what he was doing. All this time he was patient and very pleasant.

They installed a tankless water heater, the technicians started at 9 am and we had hot water around 5.30 pm. They were great, no issues, very professional. They cleaned up and explained how the system worked. I will use and recommend Sanford to anyone.

Sanford Temperature Control was absolutely great! Ricky Debernardo was the service technician who did the repairs. He was friendly, courteous, informative, and incredibly on point. He reached out through phone call, set expectations, and arrived even sooner than he said he would. After he arrived, he had my system up and running quickly. Overall, a top notch experience! Mike and Sanford were wonderful! Got out the same day I called for a fair service price, was able to find the problem quickly and, though the specific part needed was out of stock, he was able to find a temporary solution and come back the following Monday (the initial visit was Thursday) to install the new part.

Had our HV/AC cleaned, and our vents blown out. The 2 guys were very professional and on-time. They were very respectful of the home and cleaned up after themselves.

We had 2 visits. The first was to diagnose the problem and order the part needed for repair. The second was to repair. Both times Zach L arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He installed the motor and then checked that the part was functional.
