Personnel are courteous and competent. Each Sanford tech I have had do work for us knows their stuff and is easy to talk with. They all seem to value and respect their customers.

Brett, the Technician was friendly, neat and on-time. He went through my HVAC system and did a thorough checklist of the system. Provided excellent feedback and answered all of my questions. Ask for Brett.

Ricky from Sanford did the heating system maintenance for our 2 systems this week. He was very prompt, friendly and informative about the work he was doing. He thoroughly explained our options for saving money on replacement cartridges needed for both systems. We highly recommend Ricky and Sanford.

Ricky did an outstanding job replacing my new water heater, as my old one was leaking. He had noticed this back in April 2022, and I finally decided to reach it now.
He was conscientious, tidy and explained everything he was doing. He checked precisely if everything was okay throughout the install and will definitely.request him to come back for future service needs.
