Sanford Temperature Control

We have been using Sanford for the past 3 years and they are always so helpful and professional! Definitely recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling work done!

My heat went out Christmas weekend Friday evening. Derek was there in two hours. He did not have the exact replacement part, needed to repair the system, but put in a similar part that got my system up and running on the coldest night of the year. The part failed a couple of days later, which was not completely unexpected. Derek came back out, got the exact replacement part for my system and installed it under warranty. I appreciate Derek and Sanford Temperature control for coming out and servicing my system when others claiming 24 hr emergency service would not. I will definitely use them again and may have them install a new system when the time comes.

Jason was a complete gentleman and a pleasure to listen to. He answered all my questions and gave my advice on how to proceed in the future to keep my system up and running. He provided estimates for said work and fully explained the complexities of doing that work. Thank you for sending such a great tech.

FANTASTIC - Firstly, the company called and asked if they could come earlier in the week because they had an opening, which was great because I would have needed to reschedule. When the technician, Brian came, he saw I was working and was super quiet when doing his work, he was very respectful when it came to wrapping everything up.
