Mike E. and Tyler S. were professional, arriving on time and replacing our water heater the same day. Very knowledge and willing to explain our water heater issues and replacement options. The job was completed in a timely manner and we had our hot water back by the afternoon. We will definitely use Paul the Plumber again and recommend to others.

Wanted $600+ for a full cleaning of the furnace. Guy changed the filters and spent the next 20 minutes on his laptop instead of vacuuming out the burner. Finally he takes the cover off and says he can vacuum the rest for $420. Told him I’d pass. Only went with them because everyone else was booked for the next 2 months. I’ll wait or do it myself and save $500

They use flat rates not hourly. 20 min of work cost me $475+the original diagnosis fee. Will def be using a different company next time.

replaced outside faucet, replaced both tees for the hot and cold water lines to kitchen faucet. Surveyed the house for possible leaks. Plumbing in general is expensive so I do not have a basis to say whether or not the price I paid was a good value.

Mystery Leak: We had Mike E. come out to solve what my husband and I couldn't. He was professional, on time and friendly. He has visited us before on different leak problem and resolved it in the same hour.

Also had Jesse C. come out last month and fix another leak in our home (homeownership is FUN, right?!). He fixed it in no time, was courteous and professional.

Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Seth came in to check what I thought was some type of leak or broken pipe in my master bathroom sink, which turned out to be the fawcets. Determined the problem within 5 minutes. Gave me 2 quotes, and after about an hour and a half, I am 100% satisfied with my new fawcet and his more than satisfactory work experience!

Paul the Plumber had me scheduled for a leaky kitchen faucet pipe repair within a day or 2 of calling. They arrived on time with a 30 min pre-arrival phone call. Mike and Tyler were great! They diagnosed the problem, quoted the repair cost and had it fixed within 30 min. Very prompt, courteous and efficient! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs!

I needed help with a difficult toilet drain replace. Mike was excellent. Appreciate his approach and professional work.

The only negative is how expensive plumbers are! Unbelievable how much they charge now!
