Keith did an amazing job. Took them 4 days to replace my boiler with a wall mounted unit. Did great work everything was neet and tidy. They also have me space heaters and a temporary boiler for hot water during the process.

As always, the Paul The Plumber team did a fabulous job installing our new boiler for our heating system as well as consolidating heating zones and adding an Ecobee thermostat. Keith is a perfectionist. He took time to think through the project and made a point of clearly explaining all the steps involved in removing the old boiler and installing the new one. It was a three day job and PTP supplied a number of space heaters to keep us warm and a temporary hot water heater so we could shower and use the dishwasher. As seen in the accompanying photo the installation was professionally executed with all work level and plumb. When the job was completed, Keith patiently explained all we needed to know about the new boiler as well as the controls associated with our system. Everything considered, a painless experience. We highly recommend Paul The Plumber as a top notch resource for plumbing, heating and air conditioner service and installation.

Great company with helpful capable people! Scheduling was easy and I appreciated the link to track them on the day of. The lady in charge of scheduling is so helpful, accommodating and responsive. I was pleasantly surprised by their availability and how quickly they came (for both of the times we called in the same week).

Jesse came and did a very thorough and fantastic job replacing both the water shut-off valve in our condo unit and the broken pipe in the bathroom that was the cause of a leak. He explained what he was doing, worked diligently and efficiently, and went above and beyond to do the repair. We are so grateful for Paul the Plumber saving the day, in such a painless manner for us. Big shout out to Jesse for being so easy to work with and guiding us through the situation. We will be definitely using this service for our future needs.

Our work was a list of plumbing needs; rebuild a temp-trol shower valve, a new toilet, new bath and kitchen faucets, disconnect poorly functioning appliance water lines, make new water lines to hot water heater, new well tank and filter, shut offs. Mike and Tyler handled our projects with ease/efficiency/expertise. From the moment they arrived until picking up the final bit of debris they worked. I was happy to see old-school hard work ethic still in practice. Not only do I recommend them to you but will not hesitate to request them for future work, the next time I contact Paul The Plumber.

My new toilet installed by a Rooter Co. was running intermittently and I also have a local back-up, back-up plumber but tried PTP. PTP found several issues-wrong colored gasket for one. Well worth the money he also saw a levelling issue. Provided with all the estimates I gladly had the running issue fixed and new gasket. Relayed this to the installers but didn't want to take it beyond that. What you don't know...-sometimes better to ask.

He worked hard, but when I thought the solution was completed and was excited to be able to use my dishwasher after months, I was informed there was yet another part that needed replacing and that it was going to cost another 400+ dollars to order and install. He checked Lowes and Home Depot and was unsuccessful and could only order from Whirlpool. This has been a very expensive fix and still don't have my dishwasher back which I thought did once the hoses were installed. Just disappointing 😞

Ben was absolutely top notch! We had issues with our AC condenser and he came out checked everything out on the unit, recharged it and cleaned it as well. He informed us of our next steps to replacing the unit we currently have as it is over 20 years old. All around Paul the Plumber has top notch service and top notch technicians and i would recommend them to absolutely everyone

Mike V was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was. He gave an estimate on the work he finished the job quickly and cleaned up all materials afterwards. Would definitely recommend Paul the Plumber and will use them again.

Professional, on time, quality work, just wish they brought shop vac or swept up the small pieces of toilet porcelain on the floors after the installations. Definitely recommend this company.
