Paul The Plumber

Our kitchen faucet broke last night, and we scheduled with them this morning. They were right on time and installed 2 faucets and fixed our shower mechanics. While here they noticed some bad/old plumbing that was going to cause major issues very soon. They provided an estimate and left the choice to me. I chose to move forward with the repairs, and they finished everything today. Could not have been more pleased with Mike E. and Tyler's professionalism and courtesy. Everything looks fantastic and works perfect. They vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves as well. Couldn't recommend them any higher and look forward to using their service again when needed.

They were able to see me same-day for a water heater repair. Colby was very knowledgeable and took the time to check and make absolutely sure that it was necessary to replace the part in question. Very positive experience overall.

The technician was fine. The company is terrible. They would not tell me the hourly rate when I called. I sent pictures but they would not provide a quote until they sent plumber. It was $99 just for the plumber to take a look. Then they would have charged over $400 to fix a pin-hole leak that would have taken them 15 minutes to fix. And the $99 was not part of the $400 so it would have been a total of just about $500.

Excellent service. Paul the Plumber is very professional and easy to work with. Both technicians were friendly and efficient. Will definitely be my go-to for future hvac work.

Both plumbers did an excellent job diagnosing where the leak was coming from and fixing the problem quickly. They were professional and transparent the whole time. They were able to figure out where the leak was, repair it, and cleaned up great. It ended up being a hole in the side of a pipe from a nail in the floor. I would highly recommend them!

Because we had received excellent service from Paul The Plumber before, we trusted them when we needed our furnace repaired. Caleb continued their great service. He was very professional and thorough with the work. He was also excellent at explaining what needed to be done, and his advice was crucial for our decisions. The service was great but the amount they charge is criminal. $500 to replace a valve that took 30 minutes to install!? Felt like they took advantage of our situation of not having water

We called Paul the Plumber on a recommendation. They were prompt and courteous. Danny was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to pinpoint the boiler issue and resolve it. He left the area immaculate when complete. Plus their prices were very reasonable! I would highly recommend Danny and Paul the Plumber!

This note goes to Aidan, Colin, Bobby, Danny, and Mark who were involved in the rush order to install and get a brand new boiler to replace the old broken system. Kudos!!!Bravo!!! And a Big Thank You!!! Not only did they do a great job, they improved and fixed the old system’s plumbing mistakes and installation errors. They surpassed our expectations. These guys work was amazingly coordinated, detailed, professional, they explained exactly what and how the work would be done, when would the work be done, and they texted when the guys were on their way. In three days, the work was completed. We couldn’t be happier with this company. If someone is asking for a better plumber, you will not find it because Paul the Plumber is IT. Don’t look further and get this company!!! BTW, they also worked on the new water heater installation. Amazing work!! Thanks again guys. It’s all about trust, reliability, and prompt service.

First time using Paul the Plumber and was a little apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised with the excellent speedy service and listening to my needs. For any future needs I will use them again, thank you for taking care of us so quickly.
