Our pipes burst and Paul the plumber had a technician there the next day. When repairing the pipes, Mike found that there were multiple bursts and the whole system had to be replaced. They rescheduled both Mike and Tyler to replace the system a few days later. Mike and Tyler were great and finished the work in only a few hours. They were both very personable and answered any questions we had. Hopefully nothing like this happens again, but if it does I’m going to call Paul the plumber.

Paul was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough of his assessment for a new A/C unit. Explained what would be done, equipment to replace current unit, warranty and financing.

Adrian was great! Had a few items for him to look over and he was able to tell me which I needed to handle immediately and what I shouldn’t be worried about for a while. I truly appreciate an honest opinion and I can’t thank you enough for fixing my beat up house!

Had to update the post as I just had SethP out to fix a ridiculous volume of burst pipes from that recent freeze. I found 2, he found quite a few more. Again the service was professional and I was given further information to work on down the road with this home. Greatly appreciate everything your company has done for me recently!

George was the plumber that help me on 3/10/23 he was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional he knew what he was doing and got the sink out sinks unclogged with in 30mins I would recommend George and “Paul the plumber for future repairs!!

Yesterday after calling multiple place for help and getting nothing back, we called Paul the Plumber to get help with a draining issue. From the first person we talked to on the phone you could tell it was a company that respects and appreciates their customers. They got a technician out here within a few hours. They sent a picture of the person coming to do the service, so we had a face to the name. George got here and evaluated the the problem and gave us a quote. We did think the quote was on the higher end, but we needed the drains working so we agreed. Well let me just say, he was able to get the drains working and explained to us the issue, what caused it and how to avoided it in the future. When he left the drains where working and we were able to do our normal routines. Well today, the drains started backing up again and we called the company back and they came out right out and made sure we know we would not be charged. George again cleared the drains so we were able to use the toilet and shower. He then was able to explain that the issue was larger than the company could fix, and a septic company would have to come out. He also explained to us what the septic company would have to do and if needed, we could call him back to make sure they corrected the larger problem. He explained to us everything in a way we were able to understand, and didn't talk to us like we were dumb, or should have known more than we did. The customer service is really top notch, and we highly recommend them!

Chris was friendly and very helpful. He took the time to explain the issues and how he would repair or replace. He cleaned up and got the work done very efficiently. He was patient and informed me of concerns when they arose. Excellent work all around.

The technician was extremely professional and understanding. He really took the time to thoroughly check the system. I would definitely use his services again.

I haven't used services yet but wanted to install an instant all electric water heater which they no longer do. I thought it was a waste of the tech's time to come to my house in that case, I had left a voicemail with exactly what I needed so I was surprised. I don't think this is a bad company but imagine my surprise if I had been willing to pay the $99 tech consult visit and find out they don't even install what I need/want. Better communication will save the company a lot of time and money. The young looking tech was professional and courteous, it seemed.

Fantastic Service! Initially can to fix a burst pipe due to freezing cold weather. Fixed the problem but was concerned there may be deeper issues- returned shortly later, found the additional leaks and fixed everything very reasonably and professionally. Next- the extreme cold had also frozen our 20 year old toilet- we discussed options and had a new one quoted, picked up and installed asap. Mike E. Did a fabulous job. He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He is a great asset to Paul The Plumber!
