Tyree and Adam were like an All-Star electric duo! GREAT SKILLS with a PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. I didn't assign them the easiest of tasks in the term of appliance installation but they were ON TIME and SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT. Got the job done right by PROS that know what they're talking about! (Would of used them sooner but didn't realize our plumber had an electrical division. Two top notch trades divisions offered with one phone call, one awesome outfit!)

Used the plumbing service again and I'm still ASTONISHED at how this company attracts only the FINEST of tradesman to work for them! ADRIAN L. showed up to an exceptionally large sink, faucet and drain project. His CALM, COOL and PROFESSIONAL approach is ASTONISHING!
I've met and worked with many people in the trades, and I have to admit ADRIAN L. is probably the BEST at what he does in this industry. Thanks again for reassuring your customers that when they make that call in search of a KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONAL you send only the BEST and MOST TRUSTWORTHY!

I had a responsive service call with two technicians from Paul The Plumber, DJ and Michael, they were prompt and professional. They took a look at my issues, and quickly diagnosed causes with reasonable recommendations for repair. Then Michael started work efficiently completing all repairs within a few hours of the same day as a call. All repairs were professionally execute and function well. I highly recommend company and Michael specifically for those that are looking for a hassle free service call. They do great work!

Called for an under sink leak and got an appointment today, same day as the call. Mike E. and Tyler got the job done and were very professional.Found out the piping under the sink wasn't to code but they fixed everything including the leak. Very satisfied and was told the work is guaranteed two years. Would definitely use again.

MIKE V came to fix a leak, not a drip a gush and he had to Army crawl under the house to get to the valve to shut it off , was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL,PERSONABLE and explained what he needed to do, this type of customer service is rare and Mike and Tiffany were wonderful, they deserve a raise!! Courteous, Friendly, and was able to help us no problem!!! Excellent Job!!!

Very professional team, every single employee I met from the start to finish, was punctual, and very courteous. Install was done very clean and never knew they were in my house for two days. Pricing fair with a good warranty backing. Highly recommend!

Tyler was incredibly proffesional and efficient. Explained everything well. Did a great job. Cleaned up the mess that was already there when he got there. Came out for an emergency on Sunday morning and got it all taken care of with a smile.

Technician, Colby was quick, polite, professional and responsive to my requests and appropriately engaging throughout the visit. Could not have asked for more.

As a new home owner, having your septic back up is the worst nightmare. Everyone I spoke with from Paul the Plumber was understanding and very patient (I’ve never had a septic system before). The plumber who first came out wasn’t able to help, and so he called for a drain tech to come out to help so that we wouldn’t have to call and schedule the appointment ourselves. DJ was super helpful- able to clear the drain and find the cause of the problem and even made an excellent recommendation for a septic company that would be able to help us - and after making a few calls- they were the best choice. If you find yourself in a panicky situation- the folks at Paul’s are definitely there to help.

We called Paul the Plumber for a second opinion after being told we needed to replace our 3 year old boiler by another company following a misfire and carbon monoxide leak. Our service tech, Ben, from Paul the Plumber came out and gave us a very thorough explanation of what had happened and how to fix it. He was able to get us brand new pieces, install them, secure our vent and run some safety tests before leaving. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this company!
