My experience with Lincoln should be rated as 10 stars. My A/C died in late August, in the middle of a heat wave in Reno. I called Lincoln and Frank Noski came out quickly and did a complete assessment of the situation. My system was 25 years old, so I requested a new A/C and furnace quote. He was extremely professional yet friendly and answered many of my questions. He gave me a very neat written quote of two options of a quality brand system on the spot and followed up the same day by email with a digital copy, warranty info, Lincoln's guaranty info and a reminder to call him any time with any questions that I had. I had scheduled a quote from another reputable local Heating and Air contractor who also responded quickly (the next day) but was far less professional in every regard. He also did a lengthy assessment but gave me a quickly hand written estimate. His estimate was about $2,000 more though it was a different, also quality brand. Frank followed up with a phone call the day following my appointment with him while the salesman from the other company never followed up with me.
After careful research on both brands I chose Lincoln to do the work. Frank followed up with me through the entire process. The wonderful office staff quickly ordered the equipment needed and gave me an estimated time frame to get it and arrange install. I was shocked to be called and told the install could be done Sept. 1, just one week after my initial estimate with Frank. Remember, this was in the middle of a triple digit heat wave in Reno! The install was done by 4 polite, and efficient installers, Bobby, James, Christopher, and Jack.
My interaction with the company has been exceptional, from start to finish. I will use them forever for any of my heating and A/C needs and will recommend them to everyone that I know

Andrew arrived on time, assessed the issues and corrected them immediately. Important to mention that this is following a competitor returning four times, never correcting or going through the necessary steps to find the root cause of the issue. Lesson: Go with Lincoln Heating and Air and get the issues corrected the first time!

Overall a great experience. Scheduling an estimate was quick and Kelly was very thorough without taking up much time. The estimate given by Lincoln for A/C unit and furnace replacement was 2k below any of the 4 other estimates I received (6k under the highest), the job was easy to schedule, and the installation was accomplished in a single day. Chris, James, and Andy did a great job with the install and were very helpful with maintenance upkeep best practices / tips.

Not only is their work outstanding, but prices are more than fair and I completely trust them to tell me what I need. They never try to sell me goods or services that I don't need. Their sales department does a good job of communicating but their installation department needs a lot of improvement. The installation manager never even called to address installation issues that came up about the installation. If I didn’t have some of the needed tools for the installation, they would not have been able to complete the installation. The sales department called but be wary of their installers.

Person they sent was too young to know what he was doing. He charged me over $600 to clean some sensors and repair thermostat. Very overpriced for 1/2 hour of work.

Gunn Investment Services contacted Lincoln for the property I rent because of issues with insufficient hot/cold airflow from multiple vents in certain rooms in the house. I was pleased with the professional and kind-hearted service that was provided by technician Davey Bell. He arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and took time in thoroughly checking/testing vents, our furnace, and detected an unknown issue that was under the house…I can not say enough regarding how exceptional Mr. Bell’s knowledge and service was. In the event we have any further issues with heating/cooling here, we would appreciate having Mr. Bell’s service.
