Davey, Bill was the technician that came out to check our heating system. He was very professional and personable and arrived on time.
Davey did a great job informing us on what he was doing what he found and what it would take to correct the problem. He went the extra effort to track down replacement parts and make sure that they were on the truck that day so we would not occur freight charges. Davey came back two days later to install the replacement parts and ensure that the unit was functioning properly. All in all very thorough approach, and we are very pleased with the service we received. We will definitely have Lincoln Heating return for any future issues and will highly recommend Lincoln to friends and acquaintances.

First off, Frank came over and did the bid for me, he took the time to explain everything to me as it was quite confusing. I was sold on their warranty program. As for my installation, Alan and Rodrigo were amazing, both days they were here bright and early and respected my home entirely. Very professional and did clean work.
I have big hopes for this company in the future, I hope they can live up to their services if anything goes wrong! All in all the process was super simple being as I am a first time home buyer!! I was def lucky to find a great company who is also LOCAL, which is always nice!

Both techs were professional and courteous. They explained what they were going to do and asked if I was ok with that. After checking ac unit they suggested some preventive measures that would help the system to work effectively for the next year. I advised them to proceed with those measures. I was very pleased with their honesty and skilled knowledge for my system. I hope to see them with my next scheduled service.

Andy and Alan came out and replaced our heater. They made sure we had everything we needed and all the information for the new heater and thermostat. They were very nice and professional. They completed the installation in amazing time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any assistance with their heating/air needs.

Technician Davey Bell was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade and was able to repair the issue with our furnace quickly. He also spent time giving me information on how to take care of the unit in order to prevent further issues. I appreciate that and will continue to call Lincoln for any new issues in the future.

Keenan and Andy were the professionals that worked diligently to help me resolve my businesses old heating system and leaks.
