Jon Beauvais was very punctual, even showed up a few minutes early. He went straight to work checking out air conditioner, replacing the filter and one of the components. He also replaced one of the furnace components. During the entire time he was here he was professional, efficient, and personable, taking the time to answer all our silly questions. We highly recommend him and Lincoln Air.

Davey and Ben came out and diagnosed my hvac system quickly. Davey set up the appointment for the return visit for the actual repairs when the parts come in so I didn’t have to do any extra steps to get it fixed. And they sent an email with the estimate for the parts and work and included all of the photos for the diagnostics. They are great!

After getting several bids for our ac/heat unit, it was clear that Lincoln wold be our choice. They were very knowledgeable, trained specifically for the mini split install, had the best warranty option, and had the most reasonable price. The service crew was efficient and professional and everyone we interacted with was kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Install crew was timely, polite, finished on time. There was an issue with the previous drain line and Lincoln brainstormed a solution without additional costs. Very professional.
