Thank goodness I found them! From initial phone call to completion of service, nothing but positivity. This company has that small town, locally owned feel that makes you feel like you're in good hands. I've dealt with very, very bad contractors in the past. It's so nice to know that now, my home's heating and air is covered. They even sent me a hand-written thank you card for my business. I appreciate them!

Our oil heater went out. Called for an appointment and they gave us the best they could with a promise to notify us if something came up sooner. Even offered to loan us space heaters. When they were ready to come, we were notified and even given a link to their track and arrival time. Technicians were courteous and helpful. Performed their task excellently, asked if we wanted the system serviced and then they did that. Gave us lots of information afterword about how to make the system more efficient. The charge was more than reasonable. This is the company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Jeremy showed up on time and wearing a clean professional uniform, he was very polite and professional. after he asked me a series of questions about my heat pump issue he got right to work troubleshooting the problem. He was very thorough and was able to get the unit working properly and instruct me on how to use my equipment. I am happy with the results and with the companies professional employees

This Company’s Business card was left by the previous owner’s. So we used them. Counts not have been happier with the choice. Did a thorough inspection as requested. Did not pressure us to make decisions on recommendations. Love this way of doing business. We have the time to think and decide what needs to done first. Andrew and his team are great. I hope they are the ones who come back to do the necessary upgrades.

My technician Mr. Bell called prior to arrival, and subsequently arrived exactly as we had discussed. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and worked in a tidy organized manner. He took time to walk me though some of the components and processes as he addressed them during his service of my heating system. Everything was neat and back in place when he finished.

He was very personable and its easy to see that Lincoln Heating has a rockstar of a technician here.

He suggested a couple things we could do service wise down the line, but never felt pushy or upselly.

I know I have choices when calling for service, and being a first time customer of Lincoln, I can easily say I will be a repeat caller for future heating and cooling needs. 10 Stars
