I purchased 2 furnace and A/C systems from Lincoln last year. The installation included 2 service visits (Fall & Spring) to check each unit. This latest visit was for A/C system maintenance.
Andrew was the tech who serviced my furnace last Fall so I requested him to service my AC units this week.
Andrew and his Technical Assistant Reed arrived at the scheduled appointment time and began a series of checks to my system. I was impressed by both technician's attention to detail, and professional approach cleaning and adjusting my AC units.
I've been very pleased with all aspects of Lincoln's business from my Estimator's proposal, to the Installation Department, and finally the Service Department coordination too (Thank you Heather).

Our air conditioner failed on Sunday during mid to high 90's heat. I called Lincoln on Monday morning. Robert was at our house within about thirty minutes. He found us a matching unit that was more efficient than the last one. The price was very good. He worked late into the evening to install our new air conditioning unit. His attention to detail and expertise was very comforting in our time of need. This was our third experience with Lincoln (first at this house) and we are loyal customers for life. The dog loves it too.

Was on time and very professional. Made quick quality work of the service and left the area cleaner than it was before. Would highly recommend and will be using them for all my future needs.

Davey Bell was my technician and he was prompt friendly and even waited 30 minutes for me since I missed his original call that he was headed out. Lincoln did a great job for me. Davey was on time, called when on the way, and did a great job. For being after hours on a weekend during 100 degree temps the charges were very reasonable and all explained in advance.
Update 1/11/2023. I had the induction motor on the furnace start making noise and a tech came out and gave me an estimate of about $1,250 for the repair. That is a lot, so I checked around and the part is $200 and takes less than an hour to replace with no special tools needed. I cancelled with Lincoln and went with another provider.

Our furnace stopped working while I was out of the state. We called Lincoln and they dispatched technician Keenan to check out the unit. Parts were ordered and Keenan returned to install, but after 30 years of heating, the poor unit was just at the end of her time. Keenan tried everything we asked of him to try and save the unit, but it was just impossible. He notified Frank to come out and quote a new furnace, and he was at our house by 8:00am the next morning. Frank was friendly and diligent, going through everything making sure we had the correct unit for the size of our house. Within days, Ryan and James arrived first thing in the morning to install the new unit. James and Ryan were professional and courteous, and within hours had the new unit installed, tested and checked out thoroughly before leaving us with new heat in the house. I highly recommend this team that Lincoln has put together. Everyone from the office staff to the field personnel were professional, highly trained and comfortable to deal with. Again, this team made everything stress free due to how well they all worked together.
