This company did an awesome job from start to finish. They were super helpful in guiding us through a complete replacement for both our ac and heater units. Ryan and Andy came out to replace them and worked quickly and were very professional.

Davey Bell was my technician today. He arrived on tome, with a big smile and was polite and informative. He fixed my issue in no time!

From the first call for service and info for my swamp cooler, Ashley was delightful and very helpful. They continued to follow through with setting up appointments for diagnostic to determine issue and estimate for new unit. David estimator was experienced, honest and very knowledgeable. I was advised to keep appointment for diagnostic as a new unit would be very costly and not necessary at this time. I was contacted by Andrew, tech scheduled for diagnostic appointment early and ask if he could come an hour ahead of schedule. Arrived early and was

This company is wonderful to work with. They installed a new HVAC for us. Everyone we had contact with from beginning to end were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I was never left hanging about what was going to happen next. Their price was competitive and they did an outstanding job. Highly recommend them.

Davey Bell gave me a call t let me know he was on time. He arrived shortly thereafter, on time. He was friendly, serviced my air conditioner so it would be ready for summer use. He was efficient, thorough. He explained everything he did and the testing he did to be sure everything was working correctly. He clearly knows his job and is personable. I give him an A+. I have used Lincoln Heating & Air for about 5-6 years now and have always had excellent service by all the staff. It's a great company.

Our AC went out the Sunday before Labor Day during a 100 degree heat wave which was expected to last they the week. I called every heating and air repair shop in Reno. Lincoln was the only one who answered my call and was able to get on site to my house within 40 min! Kenneth answered my call immediately and told me to expect a tech at my house within 2 hours. Jon Beauvais arrived at my house within 40 minutes. He assessed the issue immediately and had our AC running within 10 min! We were so relieved. Jon was great. He performed a full review of our AC checking capacitors and other items to make sure the system was sound for the long heat wave. Jon also provided advice on other questions I had about our system and ducting. Overall great service on a Sunday before a holiday at a reasonable price too. I’m sticking with Lincoln!

Davey was our technician today for our A/C maintenance and he did a great, thorough job! He called when he was on the way and I also got a text and email, which I really appreciate. It was also at the beginning of the two hour window quoted!!! I enjoyed that they sent a photo of who to expect.

We ended up needing to replace a part and he happened to have it on him and was able to replace it today. I didn't actually talk to Davey after the phone call as my husband worked with him, but from what I was able to hear they hit it off and built a great rapport! I don't recall who did our heating system maintenance in fall, but I recall having a great experience with them as well. :)
