    Terrible and unprofessional service! They sent two plumbers in two weeks and none of them know what's wrong with my house. They charged me $300 for nothing. The plumber who fixed the problem from other company said it's a very obvious problem. I guess anybody could be a plumber at Savage and Sons.

    I will not use their service again. I was on a business trip and the water heater was leaking hot water out of the pressure relief line. My wife was in a panic and had to call a plumber. A repairman came out, talked to my wife but he insisted the air tank was the issue. My wife told him that a friend came over, and jiggled the pressure relief handle and the leaking stopped. He replaced the air tank and continued to maintain that the air tank was the problem.

    Hot water is still leaking; they did not fix the problem and I feel I was taken advantage of. I understand why he insisted the tank was the problem.
