Savage and Son is THE BEST in town. We have used them numerous times in the past. We had a stoppage on, of course, a Friday morning. Kathleen was so kind and helpful and put us on the wait list but said she couldn’t promise anything. Not 2 hours later Robert and Joey arrived. They fixed the problem right away. They were thorough, kind and professional. SAVAGE AND SON ALWAYS takes superior care of us and we are SO GRATEFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Could not recommend Savage & Son more!!! I had an AMAZING experience working with them. They were on time, polite, and communicative. The tech they sent out, Keith, was friendly, listened to what I was saying, and fixed the issue quickly! The only plumbers I ever want to use again!

My garbage disposal broke down on a Wednesday night. I called Savage and Sons at around 8:00 AM Thursday morning to see about replacing it. Their schedule was full, so they scheduled me for a couple weeks out, with a promise to get me in earlier if possible.

Only an hour later, Savage and Sons called. They were able to fit me in! So by noon the same day I had a new disposal.

The price for the unit and for the labor was more than fair, especially considering the prompt and professional service.

I got a call from my wife that our water heater was leaking water. I ran home and it was almost poring out. I called Savage and Son. They informed me that they were booked up. Most companies would have ended the call then. Instead they walked me through shutting off the part that was leaking. Then they said I could call Saturday morning for an emergency call. Then they said they would try to see if someone got freed up. Having stopped the leak I headed by to work. By the time I got to work they found someone and then within an hour everything was fixed, tested and cleaned up. The 2 techs were great, polite and explained everything that they were doing. Super experience. I highly recommend them

Plumbing in Reno, NV. He was prompt, listened to our requests
and quickly addressed the issues. This young man named Jacome was extremely polite, respectful of our property and did a great job!

Unfortunately there is no way to leave NO STAR!

I had a water leak next to my house. I called Savage and Son twice over a period of two weeks to make an appointment to find the leak, and each time Kathleen told me the owner would call back. The phone call never came, so I found a more responsive plumber who found and took care of the leak within a couple of days. Just look at the rest of my 5* reviews to see who I ended up using.

WOW. All I have to say is WOW. The faucet handle for our tub in our master bath took a nose dive. It was a long time coming but when it broke, water just kept coming out. We had to turn off the water to the house so our tub wouldn't overflow. My husband called a few places and we got various answers on costs and on overall repairs upwards of $3K - but Chris came by after I explained and sent picks to Josh and WOW. Done in about 1.5 hours and only a few hundred dollars for the fix. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them this summer for another fix they recommended.

Brandon did a great job finding and repairing vintage faucet and toilet issues. My faucets and toilet are working better than ever. I appreciate his careful work! Thanks

This was exceptional service by Roxy. She is so professional and friendly. We had purchased a new toilet. When she opened the new box, the seat was missing. As she started to examine the toilet she noticed it had a hairline crack. We returned the toilet,
and she came the next day to install the new one. She was meticulous in cleaning the work area. very important to me!
Savage was very easy to work with.

Savage and Sons has provided top notch service to my family. I would give the 20 stars if I could. They are the best!
