Knowledgeable kind plumbing woman took care of all my problems in just over an hour. She was professional and did quality work. Double checking even under my house to guarantee it was working properly. My go to for any plumbing issue in Reno. I'm terrible with names or I would have it.

Once again I am so pleased with Savage and Sons!!! I called Thursday and was able to get an appointment the next day. The employee was on time, professional and fixed the problem. I will always call them for my plumbing issues!!! Thank you for your service!!!

The service provided by Roxy was stellar. She is very knowledgeable about her job. She was on time & followed the Covid guidelines very well. She is a real asset to the company & if we need services we will request her. Thank you Deanna Nelson

GREAT Customer Service!!! Ben came to see if he could repair a water heater leak or if our 2009 75 gallon water heater needed to be replaced. He was amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and was able to repair the leak!

Brandon came to my house thirty mins early, worked as if he was on his own dime and even returned promptly to install a faucet I ran out and purchased. I will definitely be using Savage & Son in the future.

Savage requested that we review them, so here goes. Service was on 8-2-2018.
The service was superb, but the price for literally & actually 10 minutes of work was STAGGERING. We were not warned in advance what the service charges would be. We are seniors & live on a fixed income so $201
dollars for 10 minuets was a real setback for us. Can’t afford to have Savage again. So, BEWARE OF THE PRICE !!!

Savage and Son Plumbing is just the Best Mark, the service man, is outstanding! Mark talked to the water company on my behalf. Mark called Germany to order special parts. I highly recommend them.

We are so appreciative of the service we received from Savage and Sons. The technician arrived fully prepared (thank you Roxie Guadron) and did an excellent , clean job installing a New Garbage Disposal for us - just in time to save our Thanksgiving Holiday! We had a new shower installed in our new/old house a year and a half ago. We have had a shower that dripped to the bathroom a level down and we had it fixed - we thought.. When it happened again I called the company that I knew would know what to do with the problem - and they did. I won't call a different company again for any of my kitchen and bathroom problems. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Would not. Tried to speak with customer service about them parking in our building loading zone blocking tenants from using the space. They leave their trucks there for hours. When I called to speak with customer service and report them, they told me their people were performing a service call. I said that's no excuse for leaving your trucks in a loading zone. Then she hung up on me. Anyone living in Arlington Towers should not use this company if their customer service people hang up on you.
