Savage and Son, Inc.

Their driver was flying down Keystone this morning; 10 or 15 mph over the speed limit. He evidently doesn’t care about the company vehicle or the other drivers on the road! Based on that, I wouldn’t take a chance on this company.

Don't use Savage and Sons. I'm sure they do a good job but how would we know, they refuse to call us back. They were recommended by DandL Tike to do our plumbing before the retile and I guess they're too good to give us a call back. We decided to go with another plumbing company

Called Savage on a Sunday for an emergency repair and they literally had a tech to our house in under 30 minutes. Roxy was amazing, did great work and the price seemed far less than I would have imagined. 3 weeks later, there was a problem with the fix that was no fault of Savage or the tech at all. They sent Roxy back out very quickly and the issue was resolved for free with no questions asked. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, skillful technician, Robert, come to our home to repair a bathroom fixture! He worked with great dispatch and promptly resolved a very difficult issue. IMVO! Thank you Savage and Son for providing such highly qualified personnel, also, the office staff could not have been anymore nicer! Thank you, The Marsala family.

For their great service. I also want to thank Robert your craftsmanship and professionalism is top notch. I had two hot water heaters installed by him and I would highly recommend their business.

First, I want to say that the people I dealt with at Savage and Son were competent and friendly. The person I spoke to on the phone, Kathleen, helped me get my water heater replacement scheduled as early as possible and the installer, Robert, did a great job doing the installation.

The only issue I had was receiving phone calls from them. I get many phone calls each day from people asking for money for auto repair warranties, donations or scams and I don't answer them because they have unidentifiable Caller ID's. I missed two calls (from two separate numbers) from Savage and Son because they didn't have identifying Caller ID's. Apparently they don't know how to set up a proper Caller ID with their phone service provider.

Brandon did an excellent job during the whole process. He explained everything to me. Even replaced two cartridges in my tub and shower that had gone bad. Corrected my heat circulation pump position The company that had originally installed it a year and a half ago did it incorrectly. I even called them back 3x to get it working properly.
Any issues down the line, rest assured Savage & Sons will be my first phone call. Couldn't be happier with the technician and the results!

Response from Savage dispatcher was excellent and very timely. Technician was at our home an hour and half after my call for help. Robert Gonzalez worked quickly and efficiently to unclog our kitchen sink drain. He explained exactly what he was doing and recommended measures to avoid future clogging. Previous experience with Keith on a different issue was equally top shelf. Highly recommend Savage and Son!

Still waiting for estimated to repair water leak. Spoke with Josh ?2-3 weeks ago. How much longer do I have to wait!!!

Reckless driving award goes to you! If they cut corners and cut people off in traffic, risking the lives of themselves and others, imagine what they'll do when you hire them.
