    The recirculating pump on our water heater went out. S & S was at or house within a day to diagnose and repair the pump. As many others, we rely on Savage for all of our plumbing issues. We have been extremely satisfied customers for the last 20 years. Thanks for the fast, professional and reliable service.

    I was scheduled for a 2 hour window for my plumbing appointment. In the middle of the 2 hour window, they tried to contact me on my phone (I was at home, waiting for the plumber to get there). In the 5 minutes (that's being generous) it took me to call them back, they had cancelled my appointment and sent the plumber to another job. This is unacceptable service. I can see this happening if it was outside my scheduled 2 hour window, or if they had told me that they wouldn't be abandoning my job if they did not reach me on the phone within the 5 minute time frame, but that was not the case. In trying to reschedule, I could not get another appointment for a week. I have used Savage and Sons before, and was happy with my service and the pricing, but it is not worth my time to use them again.

    When our toilet flooded the garage they sent someone out right away. Tom was super professional and fixed it in less than an hour! We would definitely use them again.

    Robert from Savage and sons came over to do 2 simple plumber tasks. 1) fix a kitchen pipe leak and bathroom faucet leak. He tracks dirt and muck into my house and replace items as needed. His caulking job was so bad that I had to buy myself some caulk and redo it myself. 2 days later my bathroom faucet turns on with rust water. I remember him holding a very rusty pipe but I didn't see him install it. I call the office, they sent him back out and he told me it was a bib inside the wall that cause the rust and now he would need to go into the wall to fix it. I was never told that was remotely a possibility. He left with no resolution and told me his "office" will call me. It's been over 2 weeks, no one called.

    Now my faucet gives me rusty water, Savage and sons is supposed to be Reputable! If that's a good merchant, I don't know what anyone considers bad! I am a very unhappy customer.

    Just like other reviewers, they do not estimate before doing work so you get stuck with whatever they charge. If I can give negative stars...I would.

    He came expediently and replaced the fixture. I was not thrilled about the sink that he mentioned but he found me one I liked a lot. The service was fast and he kept the social distancing but was not rude about it. Amazing job! This fix looks like it will stand the test of time and it feels like an upgrade!!

    Show up on time calling first so I was ready. Efficient, professional did a great job no nonsense. New Toto toilet is one of the best on the market. It fills quickly and flushes good.

    Mike made the service call..neat, polite, and knowledgeable
    He fixed a problem that was not fixed.on our last service call.
    We have used Savage for our kitchen,bath, upgrades for 15 years, as well as all of our plumbing service needs
    Except for one minor incident their work and products have been outstanding, great company.

    On time. We were surprised with the senior discount. Great job considering the space and what the original builders did. Very smart and didn't hesitate to do more with our plumbing issues. We will always call them first. Very satisfied with everything.

    Roxie showed up on time with a smile. She replaced a stubborn kitchen faucet and a part in a toilet. She was professional, friendly and thorough. Would call Savage again for any plumbing issues.

    We had a water leak outside of the house. Savage and Son was able to locate the leak right away with their leak detection equipment. Their service tech, Ben Hutchinson, made the repairs quickly and efficiently. He was great and next time I need their help, I'll ask for Ben :)
