    I am extremely unhappy with the service of this company.

    I have a home warranty and I called them because my downstairs A/C was not working properly. As of today, they have been to my home 4 times! The first two times, we found out on the third visit, that the tech had been working on the wrong A/C the entire time. On that third visit, the new tech finished working on the WRONG unit and asked my husband to call the home warranty for a get a new work order for the A/C we actually wanted fixed.

    Then on the forth visit, they FINALLY cracked open the correct A/C and the tech informs us that we need to pay out of our pockets $400 for a cleaning before he can even test it! What?!!!

    So it has been almost a month and we have one A/C that did not need fixing fixed and the A/C we actually called about is not fixed at all. I am not sure if they are trying to scam me or not but it sure feels like they are.

    Needless to say, I have asked the home warranty company not to send them back. Hope the next company is better than these guys.

    If your looking for fast a reasonable service the ac guys are who you want to call i had multiple companies out who could not figure out the issue with my water source unit. Jasmine in the office was prompt and had a technician by the name of ty out to my home later that day. And we had heat shortly after his arrival.

    I am very happy with the service. They first came and gave me a honest assessment along with reasonable estimate. And he showed me pictures.

    " Dont call them they will lie and try to rip you off!"
    It did take of bit of rescheduling to get the work done. And they still haven't cashed the check I gave them over to weeks ago.,
    Otherwise my tech Trey was friendly, professional and got my swamp
    cooler working.
    I will recommend them to everyone,

    Horrible! I had a 6 hour appt window, they stated that because I didn't answer the tech's call (I was away from my phone) or call back within 5 minutes (it was 12 minutes) they cancelled my appointment! All the while my husband had taken off work early to be at the house and was patiently waiting for the tech to show up. They claimed that many times people aren't at home, so they don't send techs if they can't confirm someone is home. Really? So I pay the price of other people that don't hold their appt? This is pure and simple greed. They are so concerned that somebody won't be there, which would mean they couldn't charge for the repair, that they have lost the basics of good customer service. The text they sent stating the tech was on his way made no mention of having to call back. She argued that I was told the tech would call, which I was and I feel is pretty standard operating procedure. They key is they didn't say I had to ANSWER and tell him I was home for him to come. To me, that was why I had an appointment. I'm all for businesses having procedures and standards, but they need to be clearly conveyed so everybody is on the same page. They put me in a bind and didn't care whatsoever. She told me I could reschedule for 6 days later. They must have too much business, go to a smaller company that cares about keeping customers happy. I also filed a formal complaint with American Home Shield so they know how the contractor they are funneling business to treats its customers.

    Thanks so much to Taylor and Tony with the A/C Guys .i was out of town when my A.C. went out .Came home to a very hot house. The A/C Guys had Tony come out immediately thanks for the great customer service. Would recommend the A/C Guys for all your air conditioning needs.

    We had great service from The A/C Guys. Another company we called, told us we had an issue that was totally unrelated to what our problem was. When The A/C Guys technician took a look he let us know that the issue caused no problems with our unit and all we needed was a recharge. I won’t trust another company with my a/c again.

    Jazmine kept me updated from the initial call until my part arrived.
    Tye was informative regarding the issue and even showed me photos and the replaced part upon completion.

    My A/C suddenly stopped cooling! I have two dogs waiting at home. I called A/C guys at 7am. She was very friendly. I had to go to work and told her that I would like to make an appointment after 5:30p. She made an arrangement. Technician James came on time and he checked everything for half an hour. He found the problem and fixed it. He explained what the problem was and charged less amount I expected. Thank you very much!
