I was having a hard time finding a good repair guy to fix my air it wasnt turning on so than a friend of mine recomend "The ac guy"
With in minutes the dispatch girl " Jasmine" had set me up with an appoiment the same day!! She was really help full
And the guys that came over to fix my unit where the best really Generous
I will be recomeding them to my friend

Really awesome to have found such a quality, and qualified AC vendor here in town. They were extremely responsive to my initial request, and beyond fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly advise that you do NOT use the AC GUYS. I have been trying to get my dishwasher repaired since 18 aug. A part was supposedly ordered on the 18th after numerous calls asking if the part was in yet with a response of "not yet we will check again in the morning". I finally demanded they call to see when it would get here. They called and found out it had never been ordered. When it finally did come (after several weeks from first visit) I was told that they were to busy and could not get out for 2 more days. Then was given an all day appointment. When the day came around I got a call at 4pm letting me know he was on his way. He replaced the broken part and realised we needed another part. So again part ordered. They came back Saturday to put it in and realised yet again another part was needed. I called the company again this morning to see when they would be here to put in this last part... Part ordered will not be in until tomorrow ... Here we are 20 days later and my dishwasher is still not working ........ DO NOT USE THEM

Arthur was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about our air conditioning. He explained how everything operated and what he thought the problem was. And he found our leak and fixed it in the same visit! I couldn't be happier.

The AC Guys Rock . They have helped us in so many ways , from replacing a whole ac unit to providing us help when our refrigerator stop working . Ty ,Tony , Artie ,Ron and All office staff have been so professional ! Thank you again for the great service ! Will ALWAYS use this company!

Guys for about 3 and a half years and they have been nothing but great and professional and the staff that runs the office and deals with schedule are very customer oriented especially Taylor Ormodoe she's awesome and has GREAT customer service!!
