THE A/C GUYS

Very happy with a/c guys. Called them to fix my heater and spoke with Taylor. She was polite and scheduled me for the next day. The technician, Tony, came right on time and fixed the problem and was awesome with answering all my questions! Would recommend to anyone.

I was concerned when I had looked at the reviews, but my experience began with a courteous office staff that scheduled my appointment quickly after receiving my repair order from my warranty company.
Jasmin set a timeframe that would work for my schedule and the service tech arrived promptly within the frame and called in advance to verify that I was available.
Art quickly found the problem and was able to complete a repair within 45min as he had parts on his truck to do the repair on site.

I called The AC Guys by recommendation from a friend. My mothers unit was not working properly. I contacted the AC guys and they took care of the problem with in hours. besides fixing the problem they also service the the unit. That was very nice of them. This company has very nice office staff (Jasmine) that are sweet on the phone and they try to accommodate you in any way. The technician guys are also nice and polite. They clean after them self when the job is completed. Keep up the good work. I will recommend them to friends and family. Stay away from The Residential Service Company! You guys are the BEST

My AC had went out yesterday evening. It just so happened that The A/C Guys were installing a new unit at my neighbors house. I walked over there and asked if they would perhaps be able to come over and take a look at my AC. I had spoken to Troy, who as it turns out is their Field Supervisor. He said that they would stop by as soon as they had things squared away at my neighbors house. I swear it must have been only 30 minutes later, when there was a knock at my door. The first thing i noticed was how tired Troy looked. I told him if he would rather come back another time, I would understand. He said that they had just completed a 12 hour install of a high efficiency unit, but that he would be happy to take a look at my AC. He even said that worst case scenario, if he wasn't able to fix it last night, he had some portable AC's in his van that he could leave with me, until he was able to come back to service my unit!!! Troy had showed us a cost/benefit analysis of repairing vs replacing our unit. With our unit being an older model, it didn't make a whole lot of sense to repair it when it will inevitably need another repair, after repair, after repair. He was so very knowledgeable, detailed, and honest, doing what he could to work within our budget. We opted to go with the 18 Seer High Efficiency unit. The unit is scheduled to be installed tomorrow, ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. In the meanwhile we are nice and comfortable with temporary AC. I am so incredibly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic of this company, and would highly recommend!!!

Needed my AC unit repaired. Found the AC Guys and called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Taylor and she was very nice and helped me find a time that worked for me. Super easy process. A tech came when they said he would. Tony found the problem and fixed it. I really recommend these guys they know what they are doing!

The A/C Guys have been tremendous in their service, honesty and hard work! They maintain a great attitude from the beginning of the job to the very end.
They stay on schedule and are available to answer any question or concern. Troy and Tony installed a new A/C unit for us. We are confident the equipment is state of the art. We know they will return for periodic checks and maintenance when needed. We could not be more pleased!!!

On two different occasions I had services done! Taylor in the office scheduled me for next day service which was surprising considering it was middle of the summer. Once for my AC and once for my dryer! Both times, Tony came out to service. It's so nice to come across a company that trains their employees in all trades to get situations like mine taken care of so quickly!

I’ve had Ron out to my house a few times to fix different appliances. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to diagnose and fix the problems on the spot. He never tries to “sell” me on things I don’t need. He is very honest and it does great work. His services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ron.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this company! Christy and Taylor in the office are friendly and genuinely concerned about getting your AC fixed as soon as they can get a tech. out! They sent Ron out and nothing but great things from him as well. SUPER knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me exactly what was wrong with my unit and made sure that it was fixed in a timely fashion.! The AC guys even did a follow up call a few days after Ron fixed it just to make sure everything was OK and that I was satisfied with their service! TALK ABOUT W.O.W!!!!!!
