Called to schedule maintenance on my unit and spoke with Taylor. She was very helpful. Got my appointment time and a great price! great customer service!

This is the company to turn to when it comes to A/C or heater repairs in Vegas! They are prompt and very helpful. The office staff (Taylor) is very kind and quick to book when service is needed. Tony, the tech, is a very professional and knows what he is doing.

Recently had some problems with my heater, made a few calls around town searching for a reasonable tech to come out and fix the problem. Got a recommendation from a co worker who has had previous work done with the a c guys. Gave them a call and had the receptionist by the name of Jasmine help with answering a few of my questions. She Was very friendly and courteous found the first opening to get someone out to my house. Had a gentleman by the name of ty come by and diagnose my problem very quickly and prompt. Before i knew it had my heater back and running. Will definetly bw recommending and going through them for the future.

Called the A/C Guys for questions and recommendation. Taylor answered the phone — was really friendly and helpful! Taylor answered all of the questions I had and was willing to set a same day appointment for me if needed. Great customer service!

Have to honestly say don't leave many reviews but just had to leave one for these guys, They have done an amazing job with our ac always fast and efficient thanks Ty, Tony and Arthur for all the great work.

Said they would arrive between 7:00-8:00 am. I called at 8:40 to ask why they had not arrived yet. Said they were still getting ready and would be another 30 or 40 minutes. 45 minutes later they still hadn’t arrived....or called. In fact they still haven’t called a day later. But they texted me a link to leave a review. So here is their review.

Made an appointment - did not show and did not call.

These guy treat you rite! Taylor got us scheduled quick and tony fixed our heater very fast. Thanks Tony and Taylor, you guys are awesome 👍🏻

I thought Ron, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. He was patient and did a great job explaining what he was doing. I’d use the AC Guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

This company doesnt not hold up to their name. AC guys? More like Bad Guys.
Quick story, first of all he came 1 hr late. The worker named Arthur Woods was supposed to fix our soda refrigerator so it could start running cold air again. INSTEAD, he cleans it with all these fancy chemicals & end up BREAKING THE WHOLE REFRIGERATOR. We called you to fix it, not BREAK it. Then he explains it's not broken, he says 'I dont want to touch this and that because it's over heating and it needs time to cool down, after some time itll turn on.' WHAT?!? OK.. suuuure.. I'm sure in his head he knew he did something to cause the refridgerator to stop running and says this excuse. MIND you guys I'm helping my customers and hes on the ground trying to fix it , going to his car back and forth, for how many hours? 3 hours! It took him seriously 3 HOURS TO DO THIS. He had the audacity to ask for $229 because hes accounting for the gas mileage, the cleaning fee, and his unskilled services. I could break it myself for damn free! You think I called you from this company to break it for $229?! Get out of here, go back to school and learn your basics before you do this to other people and their families, and to business owners trying to run their businesses. This is NOT how you should handle your work and how to represent your company. Bottom line, my refrigerator was fixed by someone else within 30 min.
In essence, I did call the company and explained the situation and they didnt even care, they said we will give back partial of your payment. It's like your worker didnt even do what we asked. Broke it. And you're gonna give partial back?! If I was the company I would give 100%refund because NO WORK WAS DONE. Scammers I tell you. It ain't right. I am done with this company, I will spread this story to my fellow friends who own their own business or in general if you need anything fixed. High recommend to NOT call this company. Your money and time could be used at a different company that will get the work done 100%
