Pilot came back to do a check up on my old A/C units. He was on time very professional and I felt like he was first a/c repair man I could trust. All the other a/c companies said my units had to be replaced because they use the old coolant. Pilot was honest and explained everything to me. His prices beat everyone I called but at least 20%. Would highly recommend
We were very happy with our service. Pilot called 30 minutes prior to our four hour window timeframe letting us know he was on his way. He explained everything to us thoroughly and in non-Air Conditioning terms. He was very personable and honest. I would definitely recommend this company to others
We were dying in the heat and Ben came out and went right to work on our AC and fixed it. Very professional, kind and caring. Great customer service!!! And he had the parts right on his truck. That was impressive. He was so efficient, it only took him about 20 to 30 minutes. Thanks Ben
This company was sent out by my home warranty. The technician Gabriel who came out to run the diagnostic was great. The diagnosis was denied by AHS due to a $10 missing piece so I called Ultra back to receive an estimate for repairing the issue based on their diagnosis outside of my home warranty. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back yet so it looks like they were happy to take my $75 service fee and nothing else.
This company was sent out by my home warranty company. They showed up exactly on time (which I was surprised since they usually give you a time gap) and we’re very friendly and professional. Pilot and Ruben were awesome. They noticed that my issue was related to lack of maintenance and was an easy fix. They jumped right on the issue and resolved it, even though it (technically) wouldn’t be covered by home warranty. I would recommend this company and request them in the future with further issues. Thanks guys!
Another home warranty dispatch and as mentioned in other reviews got the quick class action lawsuit, not covered response. Solution was non-warranty covered replacement of 2 AC units that are working to fix a small leak that occasionally occurs or a $600 pan to prevent further damaged. Didn't seem interested in offering much in the way of help. I'll be getting a second opinion and canceling worthless home warranty coverage.
This is the second time my home warranty company has sent Ultra to my home (2 separate issues, 2 different units). This is the second time they sent Pilot as the technician. Just like the first time, he arrived on time and was SUPER professional and friendly. Both times he was able to identify the cause of my issue within minutes and fixed the problems quickly and thoroughly. (First time was a leak in the cooling system; second time was a blown fan motor.) When it's triple digit heat in the Las Vegas summer, this is exactly the kind of service you want. I recommend Ultra to everyone I know here, and will be using them for my routine maintenance. I'll definitely be asking for Pilot!

The technician Ben came to my home since my AC was making a loud noise that was new. Ben, told me that it was some screws that were loose with the vibration of my AC unit and they needed to be tightened but never even looked inside the AC unit. I took his word for it, and a couple hours later my AC was not blowing cold air anymore & my house got really hot; especially, since this occurred in the summer! I called his company and the polite and professional receptionist told me that they would not be able to come to my house until the next day, which meant I would have to have a very hot living room! Ben, came the next morning and replaced the motor from the AC unit, which was the issue from the very beginning!!
