Beware Las Vegas Of Ultra Air conditioning company. Customers be awhere make sure you get a second opinion if this company comes to your house. The technician came and looked at my air conditioner and said that my coil had a leak and had to be replaced .He said that since i had two differnt systen that there was a pressure differnce and damaged the coil also he tried to tell me that he was going to have to reroute and cut 2x4s in my roof to get to the coil . They wanted to charge me addtionally over $1000 for modification to my roof and rerouting lines which was not true this repair would not be covered by AHS . I had another air conditioner company come to verify what they qouted. They found it was my coil that had a leak there was a small leak in the line which they confirmed with dye test but they stated they didn't have to do any modification to get to my coil .A1 mitchel Air Condtioning is the company that verified this .....BEWARE of Ultra air conditioning this company is out to take advantage of you and your family they are out to hurt your wallets dont trust them .........BEWARE .Las Vegas.....BEWARE ..!!!!!!!! They came out through home warranty claim today for repair of AC unit, 5/14/2020, and lied to us and choice home warranty: demanded money up front; before even looking at anything. Then afterward gave multiple excuses to us, which were different from the lies he told to the home warranty company as to why he could and would not fix this. Wrote on our receipt that unit was “not in bad shape”, then told warranty company unit was “not well maintained” and then told us that warranty company “texted him response” saying repair was absolutely not covered though didn’t provide adequate explanation as to why. In our known contract with home warranty company, it states the things he was saying are not covered are definitely covered. He then asked for 2500 dollars to repair the unit, which was to be separate from the warranty company. He then dropped the amount to 1500 dollars to fix a leak and provide Freon. The $2500 was to fix something that wasn't even broken because of a “class action lawsuit”, which he wrote on our receipt but didn’t tell the warranty company about. His own receipt is contradictory where he states, “unit physically not bad”, then checked box stating “unit condition was poor” underneath that statement. Stated he “has to say that for units above/older than 12 years”. That is called fraud. Lying to warranty company to ensure repairs are not covered is also fraud. Warranty company offered little support for this, just repeated “what they were told”, by this crook. He also completely took apart the machine which did have power to it prior to him arriving, granted it was not working to cool well, but it did have some cooling capacity. Now afterwards, it (the AC) is no longer working and has no power to it. He destroyed what was a perfectly good unit, turned off high voltage power to the area to ensure it would absolutely not work at all period, ensuring our discomfort. Please read the reviews on multiple sites regarding this company. There are multiple complaints and bad reviews against this company, stating the same sequence of events, much much too coincidental for multiple people to report the same statements (unit in poor condition/or not well maintained) and actions leading to their home warranty claims not being covered or paid usually involving Billy (name of our supposed technician) or one of his crook associates lying to the warranty company stating the “machine has not been properly maintained”, but telling us the exact opposite as well as providing it in writing on receipt, that units were in good shape which without as much in writing, we would have no recourse. He knew exactly what to say to the warranty company to ensure this would not get covered and also apparently did not share his “multiple other concerns” (which he felt a strongly enough about to document on our receipt) with the home warranty company. Don’t let these crooks and perpetrators of fraud into your home. If anyone out there from choice home warranty is reading this: shame on you for allowing this company to take advantage of your customers in this manner. It appears the warranty company needs to do some research, or perhaps they have and they simply don’t care. Multiple other persons who filed claims with choice home warranty wrote words and reviews and recounted experiences almost verbatim to mine/ours. If I were them, I’d be embarrassed and would take steps to correct this as soon as possible before this company defrauds anyone else, especially our most vulnerable and susceptible in the population i.e the elderly. How many more people need to be taken advantage of by this company before you’ll do something?, and more so, by not doing anything you’ve emboldened Ultra and it’s employees to continue committing these heinous acts. So to you Choice, I’d think twice about allowing them to work with you or your business any more.

He also went on to tell my home warranty that we have never maintained our unit which is a lie because we have every winter. A lack of customer service all the way.
We called Goettl, who promptly came out and spent over 2 hours inspecting our system and were able to resolve the issue before leaving. They also took pictures of everything up there and found there was nothing wrong with all of the items Ultra reported to my warranty company. I will use Goettl every time from now on.
They were on time, however, the rep that I spoke with at AHS did not provide them my updated number so they showed up and I wasn’t aware since they called the old number. They weren’t friendly in the beginning until I asked if his company was on yelp or google. After that, he became friendly. What struck a cord with me was that he didn’t give details as to what they were doing. When I asked the gentlemen, he said he wasn’t sure. In the end he got money which i noticed on several reviews on yelp and Google to be aware of them.
I would definitely use this company for future service/repairs and I would recommend this company to family and friends of ours. The techs are very professional, friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, they communicate well with you and always showed on time. Pilot went above and beyond to help our family the best that he could. We appreciate all your help. Thank you for taking the time to make us feel comfortable in the process as well. Awesome service!
My AC was not blowing cold....during a heat wave. My home warranty company sent Ultra Heating and cooling to me. Pilot was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He got right to the solution.no games. Just quality work. I hope I don’t need him again, but if I do, I will not hesitate.

Don't even know where to begin with this company. Home insurance sent them to me, First time came and couldn't properly diagnose the issue and said will add something to the unit and will evaluate in upcoming weeks. Issue still present Home insurance sent them to me again, Pilot who is the Owner of the company came and totally diagnosed multiple stuff that had no issue at all. Said that I had to replace the evap coil, coil trim has to be removed, this and that which was gonna cost me $3000+ out of pocket not withstanding I had to call construction people to break the wall because he has to get to the unit in the artic and I have to pay for breaking and fixing up the wall. This was all not sitting well with me so I called for a 2nd opinion and found out that nothing was wrong with all the stuff he diagnosed and the initial issue was just a minor issue that was fix immediately. Am just baffled at how someone conscience enables them to want to rip one off and they feel okay with it. May you only find peace where you give peace. Everyone Beware!!!!
