Pilot came to my home from the Ultra team and it was a great experience from start to finish. He called before he arrived and showed up at the very beginning of the time window which was helpful. He had a great attitude, fixed my AC motor and added a few missing parts. I would recommend Ultra to anyone.

Complete miracle! Ultra was assigned by AHS to fix our AC unit. Online service request submitted at 8:45PM and technician Pilot was at the home at 9AM the following day. Pilot replaced the capacitor and AC was working again. Pilot was very professional and did not try to sell us for more than what was needed. Unbelievably great service. With other companies we have had to wait 2-4 days. Thank you Ultra and Pilot for the outstanding service.
I wish to give a hearty thank you to Ultra Heating/Cooling and Refrigeration and my technician Billy for the tireless work in assessing and correcting my heating problem with my HVAC system. Intermittent electrical problems are extremely hard to diagnose. It usually comes down to correcting and fixing one thing at a time until the core problem is found. My technician, Billy was extremely competent with his analysis and methodical in picking away at the problem until he resolved it. He managed all the paperwork for me and went the extra mile and researched my unit to find that the repairs were covered under warranty. I appreciate all of his input and recommedations for me and that he was speaking in terms that I could understand. He always contacted me in advance of his arrival and observed the appropriate COVID safety measures while servicing my equipment. Thank you Ultra Heating for employing a person that has integrity and knowledge of their craft.
Ultra came to work on my heating unit. My technician Albert was a true professional he arrived on time, cleaned up after the job, kept me informed on what he was doing and explained what I could do to ensure my Heat and AC worked properly. I definitely will use Ultra again.
Billy McCoy Technician responded to my home to assess the lack of air issue to my home on the hottest day of the year! He was timely, understood my frustration with several other companies coming and doing a bandaid approach to keep my unit running which only lasted momentarily. I told him I needed him to be honest and treat me as if I was his mother or grandmother. He came prepared with more instruments to explore the issue. Others never did this. He found the problem, ordered the parts and returned in 3 days to finish the job. Billy was very honest with me and did as he said he would. I can not thank you enough as it is hard enough living in the desert but with no air it is unbearable. Thank you Billy!

I’ve used Ultra for around 4 years. We have a large property with 14 a/c units that I’m responsible for. I trust Ultra will be there quickly and take care of everything I’ve needed.
Was assigned this company through my home warranty for a recent ductwork issue. The tech spent about 2 minutes under the house only going a couple of steps under, then tried to tell us that the draft we were feeling under the house was caused by some fallen insulation. When I asked him how that could possibly cause the uneven cooling in vents along one side of the house (which was the issue we called about), he said it wouldn't and then proceeded to try to blame the issue on everything except the ductwork, which all indications pointed to, most of which made no sense given the symptoms. He eventually said we'd need to pay a contractor to drop all the insulation so they could check the ducts, and that I'd probably need to upgrade the ductwork throughout the house.
The following weekend I went under the house myself, and low and behold found the ducts and flex pipe had become almost completely disconnected from the plenum, and almost all of our air was dumping under the house. Something the tech should have checked and found the first time, which was the whole point of having them come out. We had them re-dispatched and this time the tech actually went under to check things out, but then gave us an outrageous quote and tried to tell me the home warranty wouldn't cover it. Their way of saying they didn't want to deal with the problem I guess, because the second quote we got was for less than 1/3. Complete waste of time and diagnostics fee, considering i had to do the problem solving for them. Will actively avoid this company in the future.
